2. How old are you? You know how age runs faster these days so if you are below 30, pls chill and try more to ensure you get other source of income. You can safe up to get something fixed or other means you consider better for yourself.

3. Your position in your family and that of your prospective wife? This matters a lot because siblings from your side and even from your wife side will surely come to you once you are married and settled.

4. Do you have any plan of upping your income?

5. Is your wife working? This is very necessary, ensure she has a job of her own cos your own income can’t settle every of the finances.

If you are able to provide positive answers to those questions, then you are good to go but otherwise! Pls kindly stay back for the main time to avoid stories that’ll touch hearts. She might be telling you lots of encouraging words now like “don’t worry-we will be fine, let’s start small blah blah blah”. Pls use your head. She’ll cheat on your face and disrespect you if you aren’t able to secure the home later. Don’t be carried away by the “I love you” poem you hear now.
