Party politics aside, Okowa is one of the biggest disgrace of a governor you would ever find in the South. He is so placid and uninspiring, you wouldn't know a governor exists in Delta State. When your mate at Akwa Ibom and Rivers States are commissioning signature projects like super highways and big factories and you are here celebrating mediocrity with the socalled commissioning of a wierd looking flyover, then you really have a long way to go.. Umeahi trounces Okowa with Ebonys paltry allocations..

Okowas security votes take up to 25% of the budget! Dude is a rampaging criminal! He has been the governor for almost 8 years now. He was a Local Government chairman at a point. Served in the House and later the Senate, yet no fire, no spark as a governor. He was supposed to put the Aniomas on the map of development in Delta State, but even with all the 13% derivation funds, Ibori did well for Oghara more than this one has done for either Asaba or Agbor!
