3.We have been repaying the loan since 2013 and will finish doing so in 16 years.Kenya charges a 1.5% Railway Development Levy on all Imports into the country and the amount collected is growing each year.So what is this about is being 'doomed'Errm. I had already clarified the issue of landlocked countries bordering us, Niger and Chad aren't economic viable countries, again they border the North which is far from the South where the ports are located.
