Hi, am having this issue with my thumbprint, during d orientation camp i had to spend two days trying out my thumbprint and it finally captured, same thing is happening during my clearance and i hv bn trying it out with my LGI for more dan 4 days now, it didnt work. He took me to the head ict in d state secretariat n they concluded i shld do manual, the issue here is how effective is d manual clearance and has any1 bm able to do d manual clearance with no issue?
