U said u have changed server and also the LAN card of the respective servers.The onlu thing left to check is the medium between your server and the LAN which is ur Switch.Trying getting another swicth to confirm.Or better still,trying connecting your server directly to 1 of the system on you LAN.That will defininately tell u if its the server/LAN card on the server or the switch or the cables/cable termination .

The truth is that u cant block ur IP address frm ur ISP.Ur ISP serves as ur Gateway to the internet, ur Ip address originates frm them.so tell me how u wanna go about that.better still look for another ISP that is less concern abt spams on their network.

I think everyone know wat he use the linux operating system for.I think i will stick with clarkconnect...very good as a gatway router.
