My two younger brothers are also coming in February for their masters with their wife’s
and kids

The 3 of us are planning on buying a property which would serve as a family house for 3 of us our wife’s and kids, instead of paying multiple rent.

We jointly have about 18M in Nigeria
Please can this be enough to serve as a down payment for a bungalow where we can spread the balance over the years in a mortgage plan.

Also, we are planning on putting all the funds (18M) into one account and send it to UK via form A. Would this be possible?

Please can someone advise me on the process for all this and guide us on what best to do to avoid mistakes

If your program is starting 30th January tomorrow is still 29th. Did your Visa permit you to travel tomorrow?

Also I think you're to pickup your BRP Card within 10 day's of entering the UK?

Though them say before visa expires.

1. My BRP Letter permits me to travel from the 29th of December

2. I will travel to Leeds 10 days after my arrival to pickup my brp letter.

The "inactive" one accounts for most of my study gap.
Both companies are functional

Did you receive any NSF mail before you got your visa ?

Not for the company with evidence of tax clearance. Although I have paid the outstanding annual returns, CAC can be very slow with these things.

I however have a newer company (about 2 years old) that is active on CAC. I added it to my application as well.

And the other one was inactive (though all annual returns have been duly paid and you were just waiting for CAC to update it to active)?

Was your CAC status showing as active on the CAC search portal ?

You don't need CAC except if you have your money in the company account.

But I will advise you move it to personal account, though you still need to make sure your Company name is active on search.

You will ask your customer 2 or 3 persons to write you experience Letter stating when they started businessing with you and the kind of service you offer to them. It is advisable that they write it in their letter head paper.
