the 59 USD is not what it would charge you if you are applying from Nigeria.

Two folks I helped get admission last year in August used it, and when they got to the payment page, it charged them the equivalent of 19 USD in Naira.

Try it, I hope they haven't changed it.

Check if your school accepts the Duolingo test. It costs 18 USD, the test is done with a pc with a webcam, and the results are out in 48 hours. Like IELTS< it is valid for two years.

Also on the Duolingo website, you can see a list of schools and countries that accept it.

How sure are you about the 18usd fee for Duolingo? I heard it's 59usd.
