Afonja2000: Ridiculous comparison. India's population is higher than ALL AFRICA. India has 1.4 billion people. Africa has 1.2 billion people. You should compare INDIA with AFRICA, not with Nigeria. When you compare India with Africa, those indices are a LOT closer. This is ridiculous. India's annual budget is AT LEAST 400 BILLION DOLLARS!!! Nigeria's is roughly 40 billion dollars. What is the point of your education when simple common sense eludes you? 7 Likes 2 Shares |

The best thing for Israel now is to just leave Iran alone and continue with their lives. Iran is ready for full blown war with Israel. Is Netanyahu really prepared to see Israeli cities getting bombed, with thousands of dead Israelis, just to prove a point? Really? Because what Iran did last week was just to test their smallest weapons, the type they dash Hamas and co. If Iran is provoked further I fear for Israel. America has already warned them, “count us out of any retaliation”. And Russia has a defence pact with Iran. Israelis had better get rid of Netanyahu or he will lead them to their Armageddon. 2 Likes |

Does this really happen? I keep hearing of stuff like this. A whole big man will wake up in the morning, prepare and eat breakfast prepared by his wife, and she hugs and kisses him, wishing him a good day at the office. And then he’s off to work in his chauffeur-driven posh car. The gateman (aboki) opens the gate to let his car out, shuts the gate, then enters the house to fck his wife. How common is this? |

Mivici: Exactly. A ho is a ho is a ho. If you like, give her your entire monthly earnings. Her wanting to FCK another man has nothing to do with whether you give her money or not. All she will do is simply be more discreet, so that you, her cash cow, doesn’t discover or suspect. |
Religion / Re: Atheist Says Spirit Is Nothing Because It Is Non Physical & Invisible by jazzman7711: 6:05pm On Apr 16 |
OP is correct. Scientists have said that as physical humans, we can only observe 0.005% of matter in the universe. The other 99.995% comprises what is called Dark Matter. We are only able to observe that TINY bit of matter that reflects light, ie 0.005%. Everything else we are blind to, and it is within the realm of ‘Dark Matter’ that the REAL WORLD is, with trillions upon trillions of beings of all kinds. That’s where heaven, the afterlife, God, and all the people we consider to be ‘dead’, reside, living the REAL life. When we finish our time here, we return to the REAL WORLD, from where we came, and we will remember it all again, with this Earth experience seeming like nothing but a short dream. |

Kaido: Anywhere you go in the world, the old folks will tell you the same thing. That things were 'much better' in their time. It's just nostalgia, and human nature. It's an illusion. Most young Nigerians today if sent back to the 1980s, could not cope. Back then I remember meat was so expensive. We only had one or two small pieces of meat per plate, and we were middle class o! So I don't know how the poor coped. Today, guys buy plates of food with ''assorted meat''. Or 2 big chunks of meat/pomo etc that would cover the whole plate! Nothing like that in those days bro. Na one or two small meat, unless you be rich man. Even rice was a special thing you ate only on Sunday. Abeg forget mehn... |

Cantonese: Abeg make we hear something! ''There was this there was that!'' There was NOTHING! Fela was singing all those stuff because he was imagining them in his head, abi? Look at Lagos today - BRT, air conditioned trains, Uber, even market women with Iphone. How many people had telephones (landline) back then? Only the creme de la creme of society! So if you wanted to see a business partner on the Island, you will ENTER MOLUE with heavy go-slow of 3 hrs before you reach Island, and when you reach your guy's office, they will tell you he has travelled! Back to Molue for return journey to mainland. Whole day wasted. Does that happen today? NO. You will call to confirm. Simple thing. And before you credit 'technology', remember that in developed countries, EVERYBODY had a landline telephone back then. But in Nigeria, only the very rich had it. So no communication, except you move around by DANFO or MOLUE. If you find sitting space, you're a lucky man (49 sitting 99 standing, apologies Fela) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y--5IlljO78&ab_channel=Hogan523 |

techub: ''Leaders, leaders, leaders''. Abeg make we hear something ojare! If not for ''our leaders'' do you think anybody would be playing Afrobeats today? I remember how it all started. Around year 2000, OBJ mandated radio stations nationwide to play 80% Nigerian made music. This was back when ALL the youths played R&B and Hiphop from US and UK. Nigerians were abusing him, calling him a dictator, and saying ''what if other countries ban Nigerian music?'' (as if anybody was playing any gaddem Nigerian music back then abroad, apart from a little bit of Fela and Sunny Ade) That was what forced radio stations and music labels like Kennys Music to start desperately sourcing new Nigerian acts to promote. Then we started having guys like Remedies, Plantation Boyz etc, on to TuFace, Bracket, and co.. That was how the whole thing BLEW UP to the stage we are today, with international world class stars everywhere from Wizzy to Davido, Flavour, Rema, Burna, Asake, Tiwa, Tekno, Tems, Mr Eazi, and others! Abeg go siddon! ''Our leaders'' indeed. 4 Likes |

JASONjnr: With each word you type, you just display how mentally colonised by British thieves you are. Imagine being mentally colonised by a thief! The thief came and stole not just your land and resources, but your mind as well. What a sad caricature of a person you are. By the way, what the British brainwashed you to call ‘idol worshipping’ is the exact same thing the JAPANESE practice today, and it’s called SHINTOISM. Does your British-seized brain know there are over 100,000 shrines in Japan today, many built and maintained by the government, and dedicated to various deities? You that have been brainwashed to worship a non-existent white Swedish fool as your “lord and saviour”, are you better off than the Japanese? Your phantom white Swedish blonde fool that supposedly flew up into heaven from a dinner table? Your fairytale magician white babalawo clown who allegedly walked atop an ocean without sinking? Why didn’t your fairytale, non-existent white magician fool who you were brainwashed to call the “son of God” end world hunger or poverty or wars, inequality and injustice? Was it easier for him to just change water to BOOZE at his boyfriend’s gay party? British Bamboozled DUNCE who actually thinks he is smart. When you are ready to learn the truth about why YOU are here, and your life mission, go for an IFA DIVINATION, and you will be told. In the meantime, keep insulting your forefathers over fake rubbish brought to you by KILLERS and THIEVES. 1 Like 1 Share |

nedu666: But your state governor cannot be a tyrant without the support of his people. Is he there by himself? He is surrounded by his people and his kinsmen, so how is it Tinubu’s fault if he’s abusing his power? What do you expect Tinubu to do? He himself has limited powers. You elected your state governor. So if you elect a thief or a lazy man, whose fault is that? You simply have to wait and vote better next time. All that stuff about thugs and police and army etc, it’s the same everywhere else. In America you can’t just storm a governor’s mansion in your thousands either. Law enforcement officers will barricade the road and warn you not to come within hundred metres of the mansion, or they’ll handle you. |

nedu666: These days, it’s not about “a country that wants”. It’s about STATES doing the right thing as well. You can’t leave everything to the federal government. You need to hold your STATE GOVTS accountable. The FG has less money than the states combined. Tribalism makes you attack the federal government, while your state leaders freely embezzle your funds. Get your heads right. If Abia state can generate its power, what stops every other state from doing the same? If Oyo state can have Amotekun, why can’t Plateau state? Every time “this country, this country”. It’s about your STATE, first and foremost, not “this country”. If you can’t sort out your STATE, how can you sort out “this country”? |
