In your cover letter you were talking about London tourist attractions, then on your form and hotel reservations you say Liverpool.
To be very realistic, who stays in Liverpool and wants to do touristing in London?
Like to be going back and forth? It proved to the ECO you are likely not a genuine tourist and on a balance of probabilities might not go back to Nigeria… that’s why all these other reasons came up and he/she refused to believe you are a tourist.

You just carried gun and shot down your credibility to the barest minimum. sorry about the refusal.
His credentials are okay (a job and good salary) but for his ignorance about the UK and traveling documents arrangement. The basic reason for his refusal among other reasons is that he didn't research properly, he was to be in London on the 22nd, 24th ,29th of june and probably 3rd of July before departing London on the 4th of July , all for sightseeing in London but his hotel reservation is in Liverpool, a journey of about 340km by road. It's obvious that the itinerary was arranged by a non professional agent or person who has never been to the UK.
For you to re-aply immediately will only show your desperation since you are not a business owner and you were given permission for a specific period which lapsed on the 11th of July . Next time, tidy up your financial situation as well because it may hurt you in your future application, make London your visiting city due to the good numbers of historical monuments and places to visit for sightseeing and explain less in your cover letter in other not to shoot yourself why over expressing your mission.

Obviously your ID looks same(sorry about that) you can check the fact about transit ish with @giselle237 if am lying too.
You are forgiven, but it's not good to keep encouraging falsification of data inrespective of the situation, you will need 3more lies to defend a lie, let us always consider the future impact on the applicants.whole lots of people are getting ban due to minor mis-advise they receive on an issue like this.

Well I could recall you were in heated argument with some fellows few days ago as regards to transit palava now u support them lol. BAT... You got no answer...btw if you read from the beginning of this argument kindly state where I mentioned forging documents or stating the real truth of his status backing it up with evidence of original certificates .
Moreso convincing the ECO that he was married and had kids.
The person came to this forum seeking for advice to take his family to UK and someone is saying he should try another country. For Christ sake do you have any reason to kick him out for not presenting his previous marital and dependable statues?
Most youths in Nigeria, not all anyway are myopic and senseless individuals.
You lie alot and it's becoming obvious, pls show me on this thread where I ever commented on transit visa stuff or so

Mr twins/triplets/quadruplets, Oh yes for travel into UK- no pcr test, no passenger locator form, no discrimination based on covid status.
Keywords= INTO the UK
And you think calling me silly changes how downlow the things you have been saying are? Nah. pls keep them coming. I mean your lies and more lies.
Pls don't reply this fellow again, for him to have supported such massive altercation in status and lies shows the type of person he is, his type are the oversabi agents/advisers who have ruined many applicants chances. A colleague was banned for similar offence in 2015(marital status) when he was about to renew his visa.

Hi everyone

After a successful 6 months standard visitor visa application, can the individual subsequently apply for 5 years renewal or must it be 2 years?

Thanks
You can apply for 5years after you have used the first 6months visa but the risk is high, I have seen two applicants issued 2years visa when they applied for 5years visa and I have read about applicants who were issued 10years visa after there 2years visa expired. Sometimes the ECO used there discretion to issue such visas once the applicant meet the requirements of a frequent Traveller and financial stability. to be on the safer side of the UK application history, just apply in sequence of,2yrs,5yrs,10yrs respectively.

REASONS FOR REFUSAL
You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.
In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: of the Immigration Rules for
visitors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor￾rules), I have considered:
 your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
 your immigration history

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) 4.2 of Appendix V because
 I need to take into account all the evidence available to me to make an informed
decision about your application. Part of that evidence is the information you provided
in your previous application for a visit visa, which was refused on 20/01/2022
because the evidence did not support your circumstances, specifically your
employment and your previous education. I have considered your current application
afresh and on its own merits, however, you have not sent any new evidence with
your new application to address the concerns of the previous entry clearance officer.
 The University documents you have submitted are the same as in your previous
application and you have not furnished any further documents to demonstrate your
study time in the Ukraine.
 I note in your earlier application you state your Father was covering the costs of your
visit however tin your current application you have stated you are funding your
proposed visit. The bank statement you have provided shows credits of £2536 in a 4
month period which equates to 4 months of your stated salary. From this statement it
is not clear how you have been supporting yourself financially on a monthly basis if
you can bank your monthly salary. I am not satisfied that this statement is an
accurate reflection of your financial position.
 The information you have provided does not validate your declarations as stated on
the visa application. I am therefore not satisfied that your personal circumstances are
as stated or that the proposed trip is proportionate to your income, finances and is
therefore not credible.
 Given the above I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose
that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of
your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) of
the Immigration Rules.

NEXT STEPS
In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.
In your previous visa application with the refusal letter in January, did you state you were a student or done with school but without a job as stated in the application form you filled. In your last visa application barely 4 months later, you submitted salary account statement without documents to show your time studying in Ukraine or working as at the time you first applied for visa which in total was less than 6 months .The ECO could not understand how you that was sponsored by your parent in January now self sponsoring in May without any genuine documents to back up the huge deposit of 2500 pounds in your bank statement in just 4 months and it doesn't look like you spend from the savings. It clearly shows to the ECO that you padded the bank statement just to meet up with the financial demand for a favourable visa decision.

About Turkey e-Visa Application Form

If you are a Nigerian citizen/passport holder, you must possess the following required documents to apply for Turkey e Visa:

A passport valid for five months, at least after the date of arrival in Turkey.
A valid residence permit/visa from Schengen country, Ireland, the USA, or the UK.
A payment card, either credit or debit card, to pay the visa processing fee.
A valid and active email ID.
Always be informed about latest development, don't always assume because you can easily Google stuff on the internet , every other information isn't right. Nigeria is among other africa countries that were omitted from the turkish e-visa application process about a month ago . The chairman of Nigeria -Turkey
business council addressed this some weeks back due to the difficulties the Nigeria business community will encounter and it was in the news media. It might be a temporary measure , the decision may be rescind by the turkish government in a short time, but as at today that is the fact. It was believed to be a precaution motives due to the recent unrest in the country which I am not sure of.

Does this warrant you using insulting word(Nauseating) be calming down and The first you screenshot was asked for different person and this I asked was for another case scenario and they aren’t for me.
If you have answers to the first questionA, why not use the same answers to solve question B since they are similar question, it doesn't sound nice repeating the same question every now and then.

Ok, so what do you think my chances are ?
Your chances depends on your job description, monthly income, status in Dubai, the documents you present, etc. is your monthly salary in the UAE above the Dubai average wages standard? These are the factors that determine your chances not converting your Dubai salary to Naira.

What I’m talking about is this
This is the Lagos own as to address on the cover letter
The Visa Officer ,
Consulate General Of France , 1 Oyinkan Abayomi Dr ,
Ikoyi , Lagos

The Abuja own has two I don’t know which is the correct one
Visa pplication to lagos is ,the french consulate and Abuja is french Embassy.since you are applying from Abuja then you will make use of the French Embassy address in Abuja.

This fellow is even more shallow.
Even making it worse by trying to change scenario that the lady has a ticket to China now. Why change the discourse of the misnomer you were actually spewing in the 1st place?
Of course that is allowed. it shows she has plans to leave and that is all the rest of the house was trying to say.
I wont even waste more time replying to such a person before he drags me down to his level. I refuse to roll in the mud.
Bye house.
I guessed he is confused about the whole thing regarding return ticket, he is contradicting himself with his statements.

NO it isn't must. It is at the discretion of the border officer to ask for proof of whatever and in-line with the UK home office policy and that 6 out of 10 visitors get asked that don't mean it is a must thing to travel with.

However, to process a PTA in Nigeria it is a must perquisite.
at least as of the time of this post.

Though I should state here, the onus is on the visitor to show that he/she would leave the UK and her borders, at most within 180days on a visiting visa, i.e with/out a valid return ticket just as was demonstrated in the visa application process.
It's a must to have return ticket on tourist visa, I have seen or heard of people deported at the point of entry for having just a one way ticket.the interpretation of one way ticket to the border officer is that you are not coming back again and the reason why they often request for flight itinerary at the border when not too sure of the passenger.

Hello House...I tried to fill the form @ d France Website this morning https://france-visas.gouv.fr/web/france-visas/ and the site reads, Site on Maintenance...Who else has experienced this lately and how much is the VFS fee for booking appointment please...

Also, is it a must to fill the Form before proceeding for VFS Appointment or I can book an appointment and later fill the form once the Site is back and finally, is there any other form to be filled in hard copy such as the "Application for Schengen Visa Form"?

Thanks as I await your feedback as soon as possible...
The french visa appointment fee is about 20k, you can actually book an appointment date down and fill out the application form later .

Visa Alert!!!
10 years Standard Visitor visa
TLS Ikeja

Previous UK travel history (6 months)
Application and payment date - 31st May 2022
Biometrics date - 9th June 2022
Transfer to DMC - 9th June 2022
Received by DMC - 14 June 2022
Transferred to VAC - no mail, no information as per tracking
Received by VAC - no mail, no information as per tracking
Collection Mail - Twice on 13th & 14th July 2022
Collected - Today, 15th July 2022

Interestingly the Visa was issued 5th of July (a day before the proposed travel date of 6th of July). So they tried for me to make my trip but perhaps the TLS logistics failed them. Painfully I forgot to cancel my hotel booking and was debited cry

I was honestly worried I might not be given 10 years especially because I went straight from 6 months, but I was just tired of what I went through while renewing my passport and the chaos I witnessed when driving pass the TLS Ikeja earlier this year; it was pure madness. So decided to be out of the mess for 10 years; and boom it paid off.

Key points:
I was very open and truthful; I was once denied a Canada visa and I was open about it. I stated I do not understand why the visa was denied but I believed the visa officer must have made an error in denying me the Canada visa.
I explained every transaction not supported by my payslip; including ATM reversals of 10k - i was that detailed.
I had a good bank balance and was ready for them.
I believe I have a good job as well - this is relative though.

This experience has proven that you can go straight for 10 years from 6 months; but I will still not advice anybody to do it as the visa officer has the right to reduce the length of visa granted. I would say I was lucky with my gamble.

Please if you want to pickup your passports, please go early ooo, I was there for over 3 hours. the queue was out of this world.

Thanks and have a good evening. See you in 10 years grin grin grin
Congratulations! Pls how much was your closing bank statement balance when you applied for the 10 years visa?

It won’t be processed. 14th and 15th July are also holidays here in France so this week is almost useless for visa processing. So all submitted applications this week will be processed from beginning of next week.
Thanks for the update.

Quick one, i have a US visa that expires on the 6th of July. Can i travel 17th June to return on the 4th without immigration giving me issues? I have travelled in the past and never spent longer than 12 days. Thank you.
You can travel until the final day of your visa expiration, you will be stamp 6months stay or according to the VO willingness to allow you to stay in the US. It's always advisable to travel earlier though to avoid unnecessary questioning.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Jbab:
The discretion of the ECO that handles the application actually matters on both bank statements submission . I know of five entrepreneurs who all applied for UK visiting visas last year November ,three of them submitted their salary account statements only , the other two applicants submitted both their salary and business account statements. Four of the applicants were granted visas and one of
the two applicants with both business and salary bank statements was denied visa. The ECO stated his source of business fund wasn't satisfactory enough to be issued a visa . He immediately re-applied with explanatory cover letter and supporting
documents as evidence for his source of funds and was issued the visa by January 2021.

You can book for 7days visit but with current issue on lockdown I don't think it's advisable for now.

Good evening house. Please I want to ask if i book a 2weeks flight to the UK can I call the airline when I get to the UK and reschedule my return date to 7days instead of 2weeks?
