It's just the block and carcass for 3floors, and that was prior to the time we decided to stop on the 2nd floor.

This is another building we commenced in 2015. We built this house in less than 6 months and work is still ongoing in this house now. This is a 3 storey building of 8 flats of 3 bedrooms which we built in Enugu town. This house was a good way for me to build a new team dedicated to buiding multi storey buildings. Our experiences while building this house will guide us while making good buiding decisions in the future. In all, it was a lovely house. Budget: N19m.

I live in the US and I have been wondering if you know igbos in the diaspora that have embarked on projects like a 3 storeys 8 flats of 3 bedroom? How safe is it to do such projects as in do people eventually loose their properties to corrupt individuals even after getting all the legal stuff done for such projects? I do have family I trust back home in imo state that can actually help me but my question is about the corrupt rich ones that might want to grab properties. Also ownership issue do the igbos in diaspora have these problems?

Owerri attracts almost same rents, or slightly more than in Enugu. And yes, the rents must increase within a few years.

My Oga, rents here is only N300,000 for each flat each year. It's not so much when you consider Abuja , PH or Lagos collect much more, but many people still build multiple structures in Enugu city. But still, when I see the speed and intensity people are raising multiple buildings in this area of Enugu, I marvel.

I have 2 buildings ongoing at this zone in Enugu, the third one is loading to start in April.
