Stalwert:It doesn't work that way. If he pays them now another family will show up in future brandishing court ruling in its favour to claim ownership of the land. That's the modus operandi of these Omo oniles. Where is Lallasticlala Mogidi |

Good for Nigeria, bad for BH and some Nigerians who want BH to remain relevant and untamed simply to prove govt isn't existing. The way some people think. |

Nice idea and attempt but the OP is socio-religious inclined. ASUU & NLC independently commands obedience and compliance from both govt and Nigerians more than these listed groups collectively. |
I wish this make FP. some people either out of sheer ignorance of history or deliberate attempt to twist facts always claim Lagos, as we have presently, was FCT. Whereas most areas of modern Lagos were parts and parcel of old Western Region. |
scAvengers where art thou? |

Oh no! ND scAvengers stop! Don't suspend the bombings and let 'Crocodile Smile' first. |

Logically, it is not possible to have carved parts of Kogi State into FCT when the former was created in 1991 while the latter came into existence in 1990. Apart from this, I think you did a great work and I even learnt new thing today. The Egbiras are of Kwararafa origin. Interesting, I will read up on that. Thanks so much. |

Yorubanews:thanks jare omo iya mi. |
Nice one guys. Way to go, if you ask me. I'm also planning to go back to my native Abeokuta soon, once I save enough money I will just go and 'colonise' my mum's village and 'immerse' myself in cassava and rice farming with small poultry. Agriculture is the future. |
Fiwasayo:nice monicker |
So I was informed that Baba Abbey is on his way to Mecca. As a typical Yoruba Youngman, especially with Muslim background, I felt so happy for him. Such news always elicit frenzy jubilation in my formative years. I felt so dejected for him when someone informed me, upon enquiry, that the whole pilgrimage will gulp nothing less than one million Naira. Why am I unhappy? I'm so not because of Baba Abbey's stupidity to embark on this self-destructive venture but because I pity the future of his dependants. Make no mistake about it; Baba Abbey is someone I know personally that he can barely foot his bills as father, husband, son, brother, uncle etc. He's a petty 'sawmiller' at Lafenwa Sawmill, Abeokuta. Let's just assume he's buoyant enough to bankroll such venture, whatever happened to channelling such fund to expanding his business? Well, before you religitards start attacking me with your popular line "what's your business?" lemme state here that when Baba Abbey's struggling business crumbles due to his stupidity and lack of foresight, his now-out-of-school-children would become easy prey to the political thug recruiters. The level of religious slavery and imperialism in our society is legendary. How do you expect me to be toiling day and night only to now gather the money and embark on tour of unHolly places with the satisfaction that doing that will guarantee me free access to an imaginary hereafter? Argh! The thinking itself sucks. |
ENDTIMEISNEAR:so, in your 'mumuick' mind, LUKMAN and JAMIU are native names? go school you no go gree. |
I urge thorough investigation into the allegation. If the accusers can come out to substantiate their claims, good. |
