Unfortunately, you're 4 years out of the reach of LISA....... 😂

Just highlight inflow from other members, to proof collective contributions .........

Nah dere way o...... Lock that money in an account, very far from madam........ 😜😂

To invest on the financial markets, you need to have a long term view, your investment might rise or plummet.......😂😜

Just put funds in a savings account, your interest would be minimal, but you want to preserve your capital......

Have a look at the housing market, see ranges of prices, to gauge your financial commitments....... I would say, a cash reserve of about £25/£30K (depending on location), would put you in a much better position......

Thanks my boss. I was expecting your sarcasm as well 😂

Price range within my locality is about £120k £250k. I’m gunning for something in between £120-£150k. New build preferably. The Esusu were paid in multiples of £300 so someone said it shouldn’t be a red flag as long as it’s not up to £500 per inflow

Financial market is a no no for me at the moment.

Please do I need to start talking to a mortgage advisor or wait till I’m almost there financially? Please could you recommend a bank that’s FTB friendly ? Almost 3years in the youkay

Hello My Elders,

Please I need your candid advice and opinions.

Firstly, I just packed an Esusu of £6,000. I intend to build this up to a more reasonable amount for deposit to get on the ladder. However, I understand Banks or Mortgage Lenders don’t understand the dynamics of Esusu and I might get disqualified if I can’t explain the source of the funds. Please how can I plough this into my deposit? I’m looking at saving up more (at least £10,000) and evidencing it from my monthly income till I signify an interest to buy a property towards the end of this year but I’m also afraid I might be asked to provide one year bank statements.

NB I lost weight working day and night to meet up with the thrift and I don’t want to spend a dime from it to embark on vacation to Florida this summer as Madam is suggesting 😂 (Baby let’s just take about £1,500 and take the kids to Disneyland. We’ll raise it back together)

Secondly I’ll be 44 this year. Please does that mean I’m no longer eligible to take advantage of LISA or ISA? Can I go for moneybox please?

Lastly, please what other advise would you give a JJC like me with regards to getting on this hard-to-get-on ladder to heaven?

Just your bank statememt is enough. For mine, I didn't bother writing any letter of explanation. I just uploaded their birth certificate, my husband’s account statement, and a letter from their school confirming their enrollment in school.

Thank you very much. I appreciate 🙏

Greetings all

Please I’ll like to find out if anyone has recently applied for a PBS child dependent visa. I’m in the process of applying for my children (9,7 and 2yrs) and apart from their birth certificate and my bank statement, we are being asked to provide their evidence of financial support (their own bank statement)

I’ve drafted a letter stating they do not have bank accounts at the moment . However, I’ll like to find out if anyone had gone that route and if it was successful

TIA

It's £10 to notarise 3 documents.

Walk into any law firm or UK post office to get it done. That's what I did

Chaii. God bless you boss

There’s no pattern to this email. I applied in December and waited till February, no response. I then applied again and for another month or so I got no response. Then sometime in April, I got a double refund😅. Sometime last week I’ve gotten this email again.
I’d say just give it time.
Thanks

Hi All, 2 things. I currently moved form one skilled worker visa to another. According to gov.uk, my family don't seem to have to reapply since they still have visa from my previous employer. Some people say they have to re-apply for another visa, others say it doesn't matter. I feel they need not according to my interpretation on gov.uk. But maybe we misunderstood. Can some one advise. Secondly, I can link you to where affordable snails are available if based in coventry.

I’m not based in Coventry but are they fresh snails please? grin

Good morning elders

Please for IMMIGRATION HEALTH SURCHARGE (IHS), how long does it take to get the payment after this email please? Does it mean I have to wait another 6 weeks from the date of this email or the existing 6 weeks counting from application date

Hi Xxxx Xxxxx,

You’ve successfully made a claim for your immigration health surcharge (IHS) reimbursement.

Your application reference number is BS……..

What happens next:

You’ll:
• check payment has been made after 6 weeks
• possibly need to reapply in 6 months

Kind regards,
IHS Reimbursement Team

I initially made the application via the gov.uk website 6th April. I received a mail April 24th requesting me to reattach my documents as they couldn’t open the initial attachment. I replied to the email on the 25th of April and I never heard from them afterwards till I sent a mail this morning and I received the response above

AMEX - £6,600 (would be your max).....

Do you have a very good credit score.......

If yes, try MBNA, Virgin Money or NatWest....... They would offer you over £10,000 credit limit.........

Boss I finally made it in life o! I’ve bought a 55” Smart TV 😁

Thank you for the moral and emotional support when things were hard for me 😁

Please boss kindly complete what the lord has sent you to do in my life, is IPTV or Amazon Fire Stick? Please how do I go it? I know I’ve stumbled on one of those posts from you in the past

It works. God bless you bro

Instead of VPN, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings on your twitter app
2. Enable Proxy ✅
3. Proxy Host: 34.121.182.37
4. Proxy Port: 8080

Refresh your app and you're good to go.
