At first i was withdrawn from January 2022 session without notice but after mailing my school, i got the waiver to reapply from them and my tuition was transferred to September 2022 session after i got a new LOA for September 2022 session.

September is a new academic year and because of that some schools don't grant deferal request to September but instead they'll tell you to reapply for September and then give you a admission for September.

I had same issue as your...i wanted to defer to May intake but my school refused and told me to reapply to September and gave me an application fee waiver code. I applied as soon as possible after getting the application fee waiver code and wasn't charged for admission application and after 2 weeks, i got admission for September 2022 with a new LOA. I applied and my tuition deposit for first sememster of January 2022 was also transferred to September 2022.

So if you can, write to your school and ask them for a waiver code to reapply and afterwards you can reapply for September or you can choose to go with January academic session if they say you can commence with it.
(This was my experience sha)

I understand this is a very difficult situation for you. But you just have to decide and choose what you think is best for you and what you may consider as less difficult option.
The question you should ask yourself is,

* which one of the 2 options you can forgo, and that will give you great opportunity in Canada.

* how willing are you to go through the visa application process again, and what are your chances of getting approved, compare to the huge amount you've paid, which one can you let go. (Because you'll have a lot of explanation to do on why you rejected the first approval to go to another school)

Personally, if I have the money, at this point I'll let go of Fanshawe, and stick to Nova Scotia. If not for any reason, it'll be because of the new Atlantic Program Pathway

I answered a similar question 2 days back or so. Generally speaking you are allowed to change program of study and it doesn't have to be in the same school or change school in one province to a school in another province . But make sure your new school is also a designated learning institution (DLI).
The law made is clear that if you change school before travelling to Canada after getting your study permit approved ; you need to inform IRCC and apply for a new study permit using the new LOA from the new school. But if your plan is to change program or school when you get to Canada then to be on a safe side it's better to attend the old school for some weeks at least, withdraw from the program then switch to your new school . In this second case you still need to alert IRCC via their portal.

That was because of the letter you shared with your post . The word eTA which simply means electronic travelling authorisation that is usually applied for by citizens of countries that doesnt require a visa to visit Canada for short stays. I only just assumed even though I wasn't able to read the whole letter to get a clearer picture .
