On second look, this will definitely cause a rally in OandO SP.

Tranche 1
Lagbaja has 300,000 units by QD 1(Feb 14). SP =₦75. Ratio is 1:12.
Lagbaja gets 25,000units (equivalent of ₦1,875,000). That's about ₦3 per share

Tranche 2
Lagbaja now has 325,000 units by QD 2(June 30). SP =₦85. Ratio is 1:15.
Lagbaja gets 21,666units (equivalent of ₦1,841,610). That's about ₦4 per share

Lagbaja now has 346,666units by QD 3 + ₦7 'DIV' in 2025...

Classic case of tying down and rewarding 'loyalists'

Maybe someone can explain how they're doing revenue of N4trn producing about 25kboepd (as at H1), of which some are pledged as collateral vs Seplat (producing ~50kboepd) doing N1trn. No breakdown of the ginormous cost of sales of N3.8trn

Except that HONEYWELL seems to have exited loss position, but then, result(s) will shed further light on this.
I sense FLOURMILL effect may likely have positive impact as well, FMN may use it to replace their exit on NGX, which may witness more fund injection as time goes on......
FLOURMILL owns 76.05% or thereabout here.
Again, this is just speculations for now.

Aradel SP is currently on a support level at 598 and this looks like a good price. However, for a better entry price, [b]IF Aradel price could decline[ further/b] to between 515 & 535. The best entry price, based on current outlook, is at the rejection bar created early November at 485.
