Worship buildings must be approved prior to construction by the commissioner's offices for lands, housing and survey statewide, with commercial and residential zoning edicts instituted and enforced. Structures of new and existing violators should be destroyed.

A designated complaint hotline with phone numbers should be made available and texts/ calls investigated. A complainant need not come or write to any office to be heard. It promotes delay of justice.

Today 2016, the call for worship by mosques using external speakers should also be banned. It is also noise pollution. Besides everyone today have access to alarm clocks, watches or phones which can be set accordingly.

If the Bill is passed by the national or respective state house of assembly, customary courts should prosecute all violators with fines ranging from N250,000 or 2 years jail term.

El-rufai Moves To Regulate Religious Preaching In Kaduna

Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir el-Rufai has sent a bill to the State House of Assembly to regulate religious preaching across the state.

The bill titled: “A bill for a law to substitute the Kaduna State religious preaching law, 1984” is also aimed at banning the usage of loudspeaker for religious purposes “other than inside a Mosques or Church and the surrounding areas outside the stipulated prayer times.”

Governor el-Rufai in the bill exclusively obtained by LEADERSHIP, wants the Assembly to enact the law that will stop the playing or circulating of “all cassettes, CDs, flash drives or any other communication gadgets containing religious recordings from accredited preachers other than inside one’s house, porch, Church, Mosques and other designated place of worship.”

The bill seeks to ban sales or playing of any cassette containing “religious recordings in which abusive language is used against any person or religious organisation or religious leaders (past or present).”

The bill, if pasted into law will prohibit sales of religious books, usage of abusive and derogatory terms in describing any religion.
The bill propose that any person found guilty of preaching without a valid licence and other offences under the law “shall be liable to two years in prison or pay a fine of N200, 000.”
Sharia courts and customary courts under the bill if past into law, shall have the jurisdiction to try violators.

Under his watch as President, between 2011 -2014, Nigeria made so much money like never before! but today, Nigeria is in a serious problem. Low reserve and falling price of crude has now caused inflation and naira devaluation (unofficially). There is so much hardship in the land.

I decided to do a rough estimate to arrive at the amount we would have earned from crude oil sales during our oil boom period. Militants were settled with amnesty largess and juicy security contracts so production was never halted during these 4 years.

Let us take an average figure of $100 per barrel for the 4 year period and 2.5million per day as production average to calculate. If it cost around $25 to produce a barrel in Nigeria then plus or minus, Nigeria should have been able to earn $40 as profit while the other $35 could have gone to their partners.

$40 * 2.5mil barrel should have given us $100 million daily, $36.5 billion in a year and $146 billion in 4 years. If we decide to add NNLNG revenue on natural gas, it can even be upto $160 billion !

The question is, what have they done with all of these billions of dollars? This is apart from the incomes from taxes and levies, just oil and gas ( though the major income earner ) . But the point or rather the question to ask is ... where have these billions gone to?

When OBJ left office, our reserve was around $60 billion with zero foreign debt, oil price average for his tenure was berely around $50 per barrel. Yaradua was not profligate either, so how did G.E Jonathan then manage the wealth of this nation? He left a paltry $30 billion and huge external and internal debt for President Buhari to chew amist constant falling prices of our main source of revenue .. oil.

A lot of so called pastors prophets and religious leaders are faking/staging miracles, and/or using hypnotism suggestion mesmerism and similar techniques. There is no doubt about that as Some are even documented. In order to believe something extraordinary, one need extraordinary proofs.

In the case of this video as in every miraculous claim, Until an independent scientific expertise is carried out, no one can safely conclude as to the authenticity or otherwise of the specific miraculous claim.

Still, if you want my personal opinion which may be true or false, I think Tb Joshua truly has from birth gifts such as clairvoyance and the ability to channel the power of God to bring about healing and miracles.

But there are miracles around that can never be explained by science.. Let me share this with you. A pregnant woman with twin in her womb went for scanning and they told her she can only deliver the babies through C and S because the babies position themselves in an upside down but this sister came to our ministry after tears and tears we ministers joined hands together prayed for her , after this prayers, she went back there and the doctor discovered the babies are back to normal positions, the doctor asked her where did she goes, it was a surprise to the doctor and she delivered the babies normal without stress. The Man child in Rev. 12:1-5 is not referring to the birth of the Saviour but the King of kings and Lord of lord. Read Rev.19:11-16.
