I appreciate your maturity. However, I want you to note that Christianinty or other "foreign" beliefs does not stop you from knowing your roots or making use of herbs. If the local or traditional religions are potent enough, they could have stopped the colonialists from invading the land, making slavery of the indegenes and carrying their idols to Europe as african monuments and imposing the foreign religions on africans.
