Not really. I can't even sleep on the same bed with my father or brother, not because i don't trust them but simoly because i can't be comfortable on the bed. Even when they are both around, I don't dress some certain way but once it's just me and my mom, I can walk around with just pants and bra. Some people feel comfortable sleeping without clothes, you don't expect them to do that on the same bed.
