It means the Total number of Accredited Voters in a state must be equal to the addition of Accredited voters in the three senatorial districts of the state.

I searched for solutions online and I came across one that told me to go to the registry editor and change the directory file form "program Files/(x86)" to Program Files (x86). The ones you replaced was bought for how much? I recently bought a hp replacement battery for N11000 for Elitebook 8470P and it lasts up to 4hrs. I bought the battery at Computer Village. So I will advise you to visit any computer shop to ask for original follow-come replacement battery not refurbished ones. Avoid Jumia on this issue.
