yes they are different department in the same faculty social work is a new dept they are involved in caring for the old and the sick

if one graduate before the age of 30 due to some reason (goes for another undergraduate program) i.e reject nysc call up and does not go for the one year mandatory service. after his second undergraduate program which was not done in nigeria he his now over 30, will he be exempted from service, if yes what the process or will he have to serve. note as at the time of graduation from the first degree he was less than 30 any reliable answer thanks in anticipation.
