I don't know if you have challenges comprehending my previous post but let me help you

Nowhere in my previous post did I say money turned people into homosexuals neither was there anywhere I ruled out the possibility that some homosexuals are from poor families.

I said that all the gay persons I have seen(it is a personal observation"theory" and not a rule) are from wealthy homes, wealthy here does not only implies billionaires. That is my view and some person in this thread also hold similar view.

Being gay is a choice, one has the choice to act on his homosexual tendencies or not. The choice is yours.

Another thing that I have come to realize is that people who tell u things that would be helpful would be the enemies and those that will keep hailing you will leave you to your fate when the" chips" are down

I believe one day a cure will be discovered. Once again it is my opinion.

I have come to realize that gay person are most times. From wealthy homes. I just hope soonest a cure is discovered it might take time though.

I applied to class vi, was invited to the interview stage but didn't make the bootcamp, I still don't understand why I didn't make it because there was no technical question @ d interview stage, I reapplied to class vii with the same test score, I received the home study material but was not invited to the interview stage, I was perplexed.

My suggestion is since one passed the cut and was invited to the interview stage. Why not invite everyone who passed the online test to the bootcamp even if it will be in stages, then you can pick the best to the fellowship program

The bootcamp could be done online, or during weekends for those who cannot be there full time, due to there busy schedule. And for those who reside outside lagos state accomodation could be provided.

You can increase the difficulty level of the online test so as to reduce the amount of persons who would pass the online test stage.

With time I believe a cure will be discovered, except that gay persons might attempt to subdue the research, I don't hate homosexuals but I am disgusted by homosexuality, with the way this people are trying so hard to redefine marriage and what a family should be like, they are not sparing any means.

See as them position yanch like say them one fart, instead of giving me that hug, it is best u just wave.

Someone should pls help. I just noticed an error on the green card slip I printed from the nysc portal. The day on my date of birth is not correct "01 instead of 31", hope it wouldn't affect me during nysc ( camp and collection of discharge certificate) if it would affect, how can this be corrected.

Please I just noticed an error in d day of my date of birth on d green card slip I printed out from the portal, though d month and year are correct. I guess the error was as result of filling the form after the biometric(I did it at a cybercafe) hope it won't affect anything, if it would how can one correct it.

To me i don't think its about the opportunity alone. The drive for acquiring a PhD gives a feeling of self accomplishment.
i dream to be a professor in the future and that dream is my motivating factor that drives me to attain the highest academic standard.

u have to be in the academia to become a prof and maybe bootlick senior profs. The politics involve is too strong, my school laws says 1st class graduate would get an automatic offer to the graduate assistant position, but if your father aint a professor in my school. While I have passion for graduate studies, what are the opportunity out there for phd holders, after spending those long years in studies. learnt some phd holder applied to dangote cemnent as drivers.

I applied to the previous class vi, got a mail inviting me to the interview stage, didn't get an invite to the bootcamp plus I didn't also get a regret mail either. The bootcamp started this monday, so I re-applied to the class vii, the app used my previous test score for the application. I got a mail on tuesday reminding me of going through the homestudy as one would be interviewed based on it. I got a regret mail message on wednesday. Since application is ongoing and I got a mail for homestudy plus it's my previous test score that was used and it got me an invite to the previous interview stage. Is not safe to say that d regret mail was for my previous application, since I didn't get one from my last application. Hope it is not what I am thinking sha.

Pls has anyone received interview invitation because i just received a regret mail from Andela telling me that: "At this time, I can confirm that all successful candidates from your applicant cycle have been notified. If you did not receive any invitation or communication from us, it can only mean you have not been selected to advance in our recruitment process" even though i applied on the first of march does this mean i have been dropped?? I don't think so,I got d regret mail yesterday also, I think it's because I applied to the previous class, moreover application is still on, they would start sending invite/probably regret after the application closes. Did u apply to the previous class

I guess u applied for a entry level job@ jobberman shay. Just do a simple google search on the address of the invite to be sure, I am almost certain u would be amazed, that is my humble submission.

is anyone in my situation i just applied to the class vii program, the stuff submitted my application with my previous test scores, without conducting a new cbt, the other question is this since the andela personnel have already interviewed me in the last interview stage, wouldn't it look like desperation seeing me again, since they probably wouldn't be asking anything new and my details are already with them.

@onyeezy, no P. Just applied for class VII. Problem solving score was the only one above 90percent. Please oh, those of u in bootcamp, gist us naa, even if na small, how is the facility over there?

though i wasn't invited to the bootcamp from my opinion the place is a nice place, i listened to some people making presentation on solutions to practical problems, i guess the training is positioned in such a way as to make one independent and meet already established deadline. u just have to work.

I just feel a little disappointed about the recruitment process @ least they should have sent a regret mail stating why one was not invited, for someone to be invited To d interview stage the person passed the cut off for d online test and to some extent meet there criteria, on what basis was the interview scored/rated that some person got invite and some others did not. There was nothing technical about the interview, whille not invite everyone for the bootycamp since it's free, after which people would be scored based on there performance at d camp, and the best are admitted to the fellowship. Why I would love to re apply I need to know d criteria used for inviting people to d camp.

I saw my name on d senate approved list on the nysc site, Is the online registration compulsory, can one do it without d 4k payment, will one get a call up number without d online registration I learnt the 4k is optional

As per mails in batches, I don't know much about that but their is a clause in the mail that if you won't be coming for the bootcamp others on waiting list will be contacted so I think it is logical to say that for one invitee that decline another candidate from the waiting list will be considered.

when his the dead line for accepting the offer. Who knows I might just be on the waiting list.

i think your age matters. If you are above 27, forget Andela. They will never accept you.

I am below 27, I feel the stuff is being sent in batches because people who got d invite got it @ different time, but at least they should send a regret mail. Has anyone who scheduled interview for monday got an invite yet.
