Thank You..

Am a lady wink wink wink

Business plans and business proposals are totally different in their use and nature. Both are documents used in business but both have different purposes. Business plans reflect the long term plan of a business. It reflects the way a business plans to establish itself over a longer period of time. Business proposals on the other hand are not meant for longer term. They are an intention to work out a business venture with another business.

The intended audience of both the documents also varies significantly. The business plan is intended for the management as well as the lenders and many others. The business proposal is however a document that is only intended for the other business with whom a business wishes to enter into a joint venture with.
ok,differences noted. And how abt a fesibility study? Can u email me samples of d three of them i.e business plan, proposal and feshbility study? Email me:dahouseofoptimism@gmail.com

Merry Christmas and a Happy new year celebration to all NL folks out there.

This is the official end of 2014 and it's a time of reflection on what we have achieved, what we tried to achieve (and couldn't) and what we dreamed of achieving (and didn't try). If you happen to visit this thread then you must be a businessman or an aspiring businessman, and therefore we all fall into the above categories.

There are different types of businesses;

- The buying and selling class: This is where as a businessman, you own a shop (or mobile shop) and focus on buying goods and re-selling to existing and new customers and make some profits. You don't move anywhere but focus on your business spot.

- There is also the type that owns a shop or office and render a kind of service or the other. Here you have existing customers and also new customers who walks into your shop requesting for services.

- Then you have the contractors, these are the set that seek for contracts from Governments, multinational organizations, etc. And these contracts can run into millions of naira. It can be a one-off contract or a running contract.

This thread is for existing and aspiring contractors. In 2015, do you want to become a contractor? do you want to have your own registered company and start making money as a contractor? There are rules, there are guidelines, there are processes.....when you learn these, you find yourself on the right track.

Here, you will learn how to register a company, how to register with the necessary authorities, how to package your company (even if you don't have money), what to know about PR, how to get necessary documentations, how to bid for contracts, how to network, how to identify existing opportunities, etc.

Existing contractors can join me in delivering expository information on any of the topics or sectors. So, if you want to make a difference, if you want to explore new opportunities, if you want to become a contractor, indicate your interest so i can commence. I don't want to talk to thin air.

Cheers.

Yea if we really want to we can sure network.

The reasons why I was talking about people in PH is based of trust and logistics. I have a lot of biz stuffs that I have already done feasibility studies, some that I have actually gotten involved in, there are just too many of them. From Haulage, to supply of kerosene to petrol stations, to supply of apple (this one is a money spinner, if you want to network with me, lets do this.)

If you are in lagos, and you are ready to partner with me on the apple business, i'm in for you. I'll tell you where to get it, how to transport it from cotonou to lagos to Ph. All that will matter is your time and dedication. there are a whole lot of things.

I want to meet people I can benefit from too and thats why I wanted to meet people in ph one-on-one.

ok,am in.am a p.towner,we could hv a meeting.

Have had this nagging issue on how to go about establishing a driving school here in Nigeria..A few online resource touched this investment possibility but not extensively, they only gave surface information which is really not enough...I need vital information on requirements to start up,especially possible documentation from respective agencies and the likes. Possible start up capital and any other information that would be helpful...Thanks for your contributions.
