DeConsultant:hello, nice post. I need clarification on this , in other to carry on my BN Registration, i created my page with my particulars.. Now,i want to find out if it is proper to register BN for someone other than my self? Will this not conflict on the final registration? I mean, can I stand as the Presenter?though the BN not for me? I will be glad if you can throw more light on this. I also want to find out if the commissioner of oats stamp and signature can be skipped entirely for BN registration. Thanks . |

What are the consequences of registering your business or company? 2. For business name, which do you obtain VAT OR TIN NO? And what is the implication of obtaining these? 3. Where do you obtain your TIN & VAT from? State inland revenue service or FIRS? 4. On the business registration form,u are asked to input your business start date, if ur business kick start on a later year other than d stated date, what is the implication? 5. Nice write up with valid points. But bro, 4 years in school is no short cut, plus often time, you need to work, gain experience on how a business is managed, raise capital before start up. We are in a mess in this Nation ,hence discrediting the need for certificates... In a normal society, after school,u have no business searching endlessly for jobs. However, i agree with ur points and am a die hard advocate of skills aquization. In Nigeria of today, everyone needs a skill as a plan B. |

defemidefemi: defemidefemi:No,you dont pay for mere Business Name registration. I may be wrong because i need clarification in this regard.. But you must apply for Tax Identification No (TIN NO) in order for you to open a corporate acct with your business name. E.g BANK: FCMB Acct Name: Femi consultancy services Acct No:0000... Back to the question: you obtaining a TIN NO or VAT Value Added Tax Number, puts your business on the state's inland revenue service data base or the Federal Inland revenue service as the case may be. Hence you will or may be taxed( you pay to government annually. Please, those with vast knowledge in this topic should please educate us,let's be well guided. Thanks 1 Like |

defemidefemi:a business name is your normal company name without the abbreviations PLC,LLC,INC,LTD etc example of a business name: Femi and Sons cleaning services, Femi Global Resource, JeanJack Spar and Beauti shop, Jeanjack Schools etc. The above are all Business Names that can be registered, they can also be registered or upgraded to the status of a LTD or Inc depending on your business needs. Sole proprietors,Partnership, schools, churches etc often register their businesses as Business Name (BN) so their business name will be secured, recognized legally by the government, can open corporate accounts etc. Hope i answed ur ? |

OurworkComNg1: i don't think so, at the base of the last page of your c.a.c form, there is a space for the signature for commissioner of oats. You have to approach the court to get this done. And at the high court in port harcourt, they registered #1,500 on it.had to pay into d high court's keystone bank account.. It ought to be lesser,at least #500 . The stamp and signature from the court validates your claimed details since u are under oath.. I may be wrong. A legal practisioner should educate us on this. |

A code will be generated 4 u,keep it safe to complete d process later on. *with ur code above, register ur biz name. Complete d online form. *make payment of #5k plus service charges. *print out c.a.c for ,fill form along with ur passport. If u hv partners, they do same. SAD @ 58 Gray and bald at 58 Our fortunes floating like a lost ship, the tides going against us as we match towards retrogression.. Our colours faded and worn out as we shamefully crawl towards civilization.. Our light seem deem as the oil is adultrated.,we constantly strain our eyes to see the future ahead. However we should hold optimism dear to our hearts as what is life without hope! We must march on and salvage the remains of our heritage... #gladthechainswentoff #flairvillequotes 1 Like |

You no do anything for them, therefore, forget about it..those people wan scam you.No body go give you that kind money just like that'. The problem with Most of us is that we dont learn from the past, and our greed and urge for quick, fast and free money exposes us to various scam schemes. Promxy94:so sorry bro,but next time, use m.s word to create your outbound emailing list..as you search on google or bing or websites, just copy prospective outbound email and paste on ms word. You can also create a table with different items e.g email, website, response from prospect, date, time sent outbound, follow up mail, sent status, etc. This will help you track you outbound activities and follow ups,and all data will be intact.. Also create a special email for your domain biz... On your outbound email, check out for spam triggers, change the words or dont use them. And finally send messages one by one. Bulk messages to prospects is a no no. 9 Likes 1 Share |

The heat is on,as political egg heads battle it out for the top political positions come 2019.. Party primaries are just around the corner with loads of electionering activities going on. The opposition party in the country has top top politicians in their books all struggling for the presidential ticket. The ruling party already have their man as we hope smaller political parties will complete the political tournament. Let's just hope no one cries of sexism..lolz Any ways, here is the deal. I want us to conduct our own polls right here, right now. Sure 2019 will come, but let's have fun that may lead us to a consensus, that would lead to a direction of intent, that may unify us towards a goal.. No rigging here, no snatching of ballot boxes,or appointment of a puppetic electoral chairman and tugs...our focus is on THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS. Votes starts now.Good luck |
