Camera Ke ? Unless you be woman you shouldn't care about Camera... Besides, even if the Camera is 13MP, you shouldn't expect the picture quality to be anything spectacular... No be today these Chinese companies start to give fictitious camera specs....

In any case, Ultimately the RAM is one of the major things one should consider in a device.... So they gave you upgraded RAM and ROM for just a little over 1K more, you should be happy and rush the phone with immediate alacrity.... Why keep using a 1GB RAM device in this day and age when you can own a 2GB RAM phone for just 1.5K extra ? Be Wise ✔

makes me wonder if there was actually two variants initially in stock all these while, but kept secret (which explains why ''Hot Note Pro" was not inscribed on the pack or on the phone itself). Wait a minute, probably the 32gig version was hoarded so as to clear the 16gig variants first. I think they realized people will go for the 32gig variants more (after all its just N1500 difference), whereby leaving the 16gig to pick up dust on the shelves. Its beginning to make sense now...ladies and gentlemen, we have been scammed!

But seriously, is the REAL Hot Note Pro out there somewhere? and why was the 32gig version only launched in Nigeria?

If you bought the hot note recently its advisable not to sell it. Rather wait till a later time. Who knows they may bring a better option by that time.

At first, when I saw the specs of the PRO, I thought to myself; "this is amazing!" Wen I showed my sister who bought the phone the same day as mine, she immediately asked me to find a buyer for it. Wen I finally found one, we were not on the same wavelength. Saying to me he has only 17k for a week old phone. My sister gladly accepted her faith and jejely stuck with her Note. It was an Excellent decision! The infinix hot note pro turned out to be a is a rip-off. Don't give a flying fück about its price. 8mp camera for a "PRO"? Shouldn't it be an upgrade to the Note in all aspects? Just think about the stress of installing apps all over again, upgrading, rooting, tweaking setting up your social apps all over again. I don't think it's worth it to sell a phone of great quality to purchase another one of similar specs. Not minding starting from scratch. cahnellven said his mind earlier. I do not dispute it. It's his OWN opinion. Thank goodness I didn't even deliberate about selling off this 'beast'.

The launch of the pro means users who recently bought the note will be forced to sell their phone in order to upgrade,others will cling to their with the knowlegdge that a better variant is out there for roughly the same price. . Unhappy customers,recipe for disaster.
Infinix should have waited at least 6 months before launching the phone.

. My dear, the only difference between the hot note and hot note pro is the ram and rom. Even the pack is the same. No pro is written on the phone pack. Not even the phone itself. It is just a variant of the hot note. Just like the 1gb and 2gb variants of the infinix zero

To anyone who has bough the phone; how does the incall quality of earpiece compares to the infinix Hot Note whose earpiece incall quality is very bad. It is not loud at all and you have to strain your hear always.

For those saying its a minor upgrade and expressing dissapointment at the camera specs , i beg to differ .
The pro is just 1,500 naira more expensive than the hot note ,yet it has 16gb additional rom. That alone cancels the price differentials .

How about the extra gig of ram? Can you put a price on it? I dont think so . . .its priceless
I can also bet the pro battery life will be better than the already stellar battery life of the hot note.

More ram=less need for cpu to search for resources=less cpu load=better battery endurance.

As for hot note users who will read this ,dont blame me , blame infinix for their scattergun approach to phone launch.

Im beginning to think there's a foul play somewhere. Techlector swore he got a 13/2mp camera and some customers who received theirs got 8/2mp camera. The Jumia website now says the Hot Note Pro is 8/2mp camera, while their video review says differently. Some of their agents are not helping matters at all, why all the confusions? Did they (Jumia & Infinix) lie to us just to get us to buy or was there a ''the more you look, the less you see'' game being played somewhere? It's annoying because most people here sold their their Hot Note, hoping to buy the Hot Note Pro with the upgrades as stipulated or speculated (we would never know). Questions must be asked and answers given, but being happy Nigerians that we are, anything goes. We would just take it and smile.

Truest post I've read all day! The pro is okay but I'm not ready to ditch my note yet. Will prolly use it for 6months or so before upgrading. Don't really buy into the idea of jumping here and there in terms of phones. I av many things to do wif my money. Just RAM/ROM difference? I'm outta it already. Some loyal peeps in here deserve credit. Not saying you shouldn't go with your choice tho. Our opinions will always differ.
