The type of alliance votes I'm talking about is the one an organized group or fanbase can arrange. Pere and Cross have fallen apart, I don't think Cross' fans will be invested in voting for him. Campaign does not equate to votes. As much as Phyna's fans love her, I don't think they'll leave their faves to vote someone else because Phyna told them to.
