How were you able to resolve this? Did you get your refund value from Wakanow? I am in the same situation. Asked for a refund since May 15 but haven’t received any response from the team. It’s going on it’s 10th weeks since refund was initiated. What do you advise should be done, considering that I am not in Nigeria?

For my application, I indicated that temporary accommodation will be provided.

You know if I’m to stay in an hotel, I’ll just tell them the name of the hotel and give the address. In the case where I’ll be renting an apartment, or already booked an apartment, what would be my answer. Thank you

Thought travel agents advised against Royal AirMaroc and Emirate because of the ban to the UK and Nigeria respectively. It is advisable that before making payment, you should please confirm from the airline that they would be flying.

departure, arrival date and airport play a role, try some popular departure and arrival airport and a possible non festive date.. btw Ethiopian, Royal Moroc and Emirates had round trip for 500USD and less

have a safe flight.

There is no loss, as you are required to bring the A4 copies of your original documents for scanning along with your passport.

If you want a closer date, you might have to consider walk-in, since you aren’t interested in assisted service option.

Thank you Royalmu, I don't intend paying extra cos I have all my documents as soft copies and it's unfair for the centre to subject applicants to mandatory service of assisted service. I see this as a form of extortion which I don't intend to pay and I am scared of loss or omission of documents at the centre while assisting to upload. Is there other way I can achieve this self service with an appointment date? In fact there page even encourages self upload so as to hasten service at the centre. Any other way to achieve this?

Well, there are situations where the documents are not with TLS.
For mine, a decision had been made since first week of December. Visited TLS for my document all to no avail.
When I sent an escalation email, UKVI confirmed in their response that my case had been escalated to the relevant department, considering that it’s beyond 15 working days for my visa type.

If you already know a decision has been made then you do not need to email UKVI again. If you applied for the visa in Nigeria you should visit the TLS centre you gave your biometrics, your passport might be there.

Hi Lexyp. I have same issue, only that mine was on the 29 Nov.
My spouse and kids received their visas after 10 working days, while mine, the main applicant, remained outstanding. Hence, I sent a paid mail immediately and got the usual generic responses.

After the expiration of 15 working days, I sent an escalation email detailing my concerns and was asked to provide the information below (See pic attached).
Now required to wait for another 15working days. Hoping it will be out next week!

You mentioned a mistake in the email address, my question is that how is it possible to provide a wrong email address, considering that you need to log in through same link sent to your email?

I am certain that you must have considered the other option i.e. a paid call.
