Men with that mindset are not safe to be around. In their mind their abuse is justified by blaming it on the woman.
I feel as though this is important as the hypergamy movement is making us to see for men who appear as traditional providers but in reality, just like the men of the past, they see women as their slaves who have a lesser role.
