wrong!!!!

The lies on pork and cholesterol were spread by the vegetable oil industry in the 1970s to displace Lard a pork product as the preferred cooking oil.

https://mobile.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=1736965453215155&_rdr

Modern Pigs are not a host to tapeworms, even humans have all kinds of worms internally.

The Chinese and Americans are health conscious and consume all the pork in the world.
Lies you were told to make you eat pork in the first place.
I don't have problem with you eating pork but the truth must be told.
Do some research.
Pigs eat a lot of rubbish and may contact tapeworm, which is transmissibl e to humans if the pork meat is not properly
cooked. Roasting even increases the risk...
Sorry, I no want spoil your market oh... Just giving my view...
Agriculture / Re: Processing Pigs- Pictures From My Pork Roast/BBQ by JERIZO(m): 7:30pm On Jun 04, 2016
OP, you forgot to mention that it has very high fat content and cholesterol, which is not too Good.
It is also a host for Tapeworm.
Pigs are very dirty Animals, if not the dirtiest.
Makes a lot of infernal noise, if keep close to your house.
But, It is highly prolific. Can fetch you a lot of money in a short time.

mm-goodevening docs(its actually night tho)..Am not finding PHY 103 funny at all...I hope I'll be dropping those(Phy 101,105 and the Math) after 100L-not like I can't do'em...only desiring more 'specialty'
Which medical school are you?
That's the starting point for everyone and it is the easiest part of med. School. The 'specialty thing' u are asking for won't be easy as you think when you get there. Enjoy your 100L and don't wish for anatomy, physiology or Bcm, yet because there are not sweet and simple as you think. I felt same way back then, always anxious to do the main thing... Take what you are doing now serious...

Career / Re: What Is The Greatest Mistake You Made In Choosing Your Career .... by JERIZO(m): 8:26pm On Jul 10, 2015
It is not about the mistake you made, but what you did to correct that mistake. You made a Mistake, fine! But what have you learnt from it, and what are you doing with what you learnt. There is always a room for change, improvement, or better still adaptation. Your survival depends on your ability to adapt(adaptation involves positive changes) to who you are and what you have become and make the best out of it, instead of pilling up blames which changes nothing.
We are bound to make mistakes, but what we do with those mistakes is what matters.

DrHesjay:
Dear Aspirants,
How is preparation for your forthcoming exam?
Please prepare well... Proper preparation they say, prevents poor performance... and do not get tired of preparing...
Unilorin posy utme exam is actually a very easy and simple exam.. the only reason people fail is that they failed to prepare well...
as we all know.. d exam is a very diverse one since it has no particular syllabus.. Questions can be asked from anywhere.. so u have to read widely and as much as you can. Your best is just enough.
for those asking about the number of students admitted into MBBS.. u don't actually need it.. prepare as if they admit just 10 students..
Normally they should admit about 150.. I don't know what happened last year and they took it up to about 180 or so..
we were only 117 that were matriculated in my set sha..
Just keep preparing.. With God, ur admission is sure..

#HESJAY! says 'Hamna Shida'
Please Sir,
Which minimum Jamb score and aptitude test score guarantees admission into MBBS.

Your post left out some important information.

what level are you?

what level of accreditation is your school?

what's the news about the accreditation according to your lecturers?

Pls, go through the post again.
I said, I'm in 100level.
Partial accreditation( first clinical).
Lecturers and Medics are still optimistic, Singing the same old song ''we will graduate our first set this year''. This Common mantra among medics is yet to materialize.
The Major problem is the Teaching hospital, it lacks facilities and other stuffs needed for full accreditation.
Medics are totally disillusioned.
I don't want to suffer delay and end up graduating from med school with grey hair. That's why I'm planning to make a move asap.

Please, Help! I need serious Advice. I am a 100level student of the Benue State University College Of Health Sciences. We have been on strike for 5 months and still hoping to resume school soon.
It kind of make me wonder what kind of medical education am I going to get from a Medical school which has not even graduated a single medical student. Medics have been here for like 12 years Without graduation.
I am planning to leave for another medical school but I am still confused about it.
I don't know whether to
continue in this medical school and suffer the consequence of not graduating on time or make an alternate move to another medical school, but time is not on my side, I am 20 years old already.

I don't know why mdcn doesn't allow two MBBS exams in a year. Saddening. My advice to anybody aspiring to study medicine in Eksu or unaccredited medical school is to watch before they leap. A word is enough...
Guys in my school is going through the same thing. I am planning of leaving them with their unaccredited medical school.

Family / Re: Any Woman That Can't Cook Is Highly Irresponsible. by JERIZO(m): 11:27pm On Oct 01, 2014
In Africa, women are expected to be good cooks, and their inability to be one makes them irrespomsible as this post rightly puts it. But I don't think this is totally correct. Sending your wife out of your house simply because she doesn't know how to cook is unreasonable and mediocre. If she doesn't know how to cook, she can learn and with time turn out to be a wonderful cook. If u will call your wife irresponsibe and send her packing because she doesn't know how to cook then it is clear you never loved her as you said. It is high time men become more reasonable and understand women. Cooking well does not determine a good house wife. Most men don't know how to boil water talk more of cooking. Some fail in their responsibilities to their family and no one call them names as they do to the women. Lets learn to be patient with women and help them in their weaknesses.
