tnks 4 ur interest. My phone make is nokia n95 and i dnt hv any problem using it bt the USB modem. It wl display (window is collecting data for crash dump and then follows wt,a problem has bn detected and windows shut down.

make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed or if its a new installation ask ur hardware or software manufacturer for windows update u might need. If ths continues disable or remove any newly installed software,disable bios memory options such as caching etc.)

Pls i need una help my gurus concerning a blue screen that started displaying on my laptop.i hv bn using my phone as modem to browse wtout any problem bt since i started using my new usb modem,it wl display blue screen wheneva i plugged it and wl write (that a new hardway was installed that i shuld check and disable the program then the system is shuting down to prevent damage to my system). I hv reformated my system and installed only few programs yet am stil havin the same problem,smtimes after many shut and on processes it wl connect wtout displaying the blue screen.
