dmandy: Ok but at least you believe.
Now Rev12 talks about that same woman that gave birth to the Messiah unless you feel that the Messiah is two or more. First show me where it said Messiah in that scripture? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:46am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: You are not wise. If Rev 12 describe Mary as our mother, do you need that same Rev 12 to tell you to care for your mother? But that story says the Earth took care of her. Someone that is in heaven now, how do you want to take care of her? Who is the unwise person here. SMH. And yes I need you to show me where it said in Rev that I should take care of her. |

dmandy: Show me a scripture that says doctrines must be mentioned different times in the bible. Just one. John 8:17 "Even in your own Law it is written that the testimony of two men is valid." 2 Cor 13 "This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established." Deut 17 "But never put a person to death on the testimony of only one witness. There must always be two or three witnesses." i.e Never do or take an action without if first being validated by two or three witnesses. what you gave us was a story not a dogma to be acted upon. |

Ichiato: From where did you get the bolded or you just conjured it up. Scripture I gave your friend. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:36am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: Why the heck are you dancing left, right and center? why then are you asking for three other passages that says the same thing? I also showed you Rev 12: 17, you said I have to proof that the passage was referring to Mary, then I proceeded ask you who gave birth to a son who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” and you said Mary. wasn't Rev 12 referring to the same woman? The same chapter referring to two different woman? Like I said you're not ready for the truth. How does Rev 12 show that Jesus gave Mary to us to cater for? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:35am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: So you agree that the passage Rev 12:17, was referring to Mary? and by so doing agree that she is the Mother of all those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus? No you said who gave birth to the Messiah, I said Mary. I never related it to this verse. I said you prove to me it was Mary it talked about. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:33am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Go ahead and prove that it is Mary that gave birth to Messiah Why don't you prove it since you know Mary more. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:32am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Provide another witness to show that Jesus gave his disciple his mother to validate it. You are not smart at all. Firstly, this show there's no other scripture to back up your claims. So you just picked any scripture before to try to deceive me. Secondly, Doctrines to be practiced by the Church are to have two or more scripture to validate it, not stories. That is why things like Communion, Giving e.t.c. are mentioned different times by different people in scriptures. Thirdly, because there is no other scripture to validate it, you err greatly. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:26am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Good. Go ahead Go ahead to where? I said give me scripture. You are telling me to Go ahead. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:25am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: Are you saying that portion of the bible is false because it is not repeated in any other part of the bible? Yes or No because I know say una no sabi answer simple "yes or no" question. Of course its not false that Jesus gave a disciple Mary to cater for. And it's also not false that Jesus commanded His disciples to bring Him a donkey. So what's your point? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:22am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Simple question. Can you prove that? Yes. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:22am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: O yeah he did in that very passage. Who is the he? And why is it only one passage. Why wasn't spoken again in the epistles? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:19am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: I know you don't read your bible. The one who give birth to a son who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” is who? I have answered your question above. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:18am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Can u prove that? Are you not the one that is supposed to be teaching me? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:17am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Why? If you don't believe that one tear it out of ur bible and read only the ones that suit u Okay so you accept you don't have other scriptures to back it up. Then I wonder how you came up with the idea Jesus gave Mary to you. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:16am On Sep 12, 2015 |

Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:11am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: What proof do you want?? Do you believe Mary is Mother to all those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus like Rev 12: 17 says? If we can clear the air on this issue, we can move on to bowing and praying to her. You first of all need to prove that was Mary. Then we can start from there. Because if we are to take things literal, then we will talk about the wings and the flood e.t.c. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:07am On Sep 12, 2015 |

Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 2:05am On Sep 12, 2015 |
dmandy: Continue doubting the word of God.
Paul wrote to Timothy 'study' and you say Paul says we should study.
Christ says to a disciple 'behold ur mother' because it involves Mary whom the devil had blinded you to hate. You say He is telling the disciple.
smh Then show us one more scripture na. Jesus also told His disciples atone time to bring Him donkey. Why have you not brought it? |

dmandy: The bible repeated it for emphasis sake....so that you won't have reason to doubt.
John 16:26/27 John 16:26-27 "In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I will request of the Father on your behalf; 27for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came forth from the Father.… I don't see anything Mary here. |

dmandy: Did the bible say that Jesus gave his mother to a beloved disciple?
Well I am one. For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, Thes1:4
That love is powerful that nothing can separate me from it. Rom 8:31 Even your friend here is dissapointed in you. What does this have to do with anything? I have not even started asking my questions yet o. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 1:50am On Sep 12, 2015 |
Ichiato: Stop dilly-dalling, you asked for proof the son gave us Mary as mother our Mother now you're bring bowing and praying to her into the matter. Do you agree she is mother to all those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus? There's no proof I am still looking for proof from your friend. Or you too cannot provide scripture for bowing and praying to her? |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mary's Command For Catholics by Jeromejnr(m): 1:49am On Sep 12, 2015 |
