Great to hear!!! Congratulations. bigfido: Hello guys. A lot of people here might not know my story but for the few that do, it's ppr!
Timeline: ITA August 23rd Aor-Sept 14th Ip1- Sept 21 Mep- Sept 23 Adr- Sept 23 travel history Na2- Sept 29 Job mail- Nov 2 Ftd- Nov 3. London Cse for mistake in not declaring visa refusal for spouse Nov 7 Adr- Nov 29 schedule A Ip2- Jan 18 Adr-Jan 19-- I need to attend to this for some people. Details below Ppr- Jan 29
For the ADR I got, I was asked for additional proof of employment for myself employed work. The requested for contract documents, photos, tax returns etc. I was also asked to provide detailed explanation why a certain company was always depositing money into my account. Some few months back, @boss13 wrote extensively here about what documents you should submit before for your proof of employment.. I mocked him, I was asked for those documents exactly has he said it. I am sorry for my actions. Please go through his TL for those documents. London is not a joke. The trauma is intense. I am on different whatsapp group and the agitations are very intense. Try your best to submit those documents. Documents I submitted for my self employed work includes contracts, cac document, lirs tax card, ID cards, call cards, bank statement highlighting payments for the contracts I submitted, screen shots of official emails, practice licence, receipts and invoices
I have been at this journey since 2015. If you go to the first thread, first few pages, you will find me there. It has been a surreal experience but I thank God it ended in praises. I wish you all the best of luck |

Loritess: Hello, good morning pls how much cash do i have to show at the airport because I want to use a landed property as my POF during the process. Is it the same $12474? You need to show proof of funds either in cash or instruments (travellers cheque/ bank balance etc) at the airport . If you're using a landed property, that presupposes that you will actually sell and use the proceeds as proof of funds. |

Julie2018: No, I meant that I got stamped but I can’t find the older passport with the stamp and travel evidence. I was there for about a week. Do you think I should leave it out since I don’t have proof? Right, you just need to state it in your previous travel section. Since you are using a current passport, there is no need to worry about a week visit to Ghana. You will only be required to show all the pages with stamps/visas in your current passport. |

Julie2018: Hello all,
Please a quick question
If someone has travel history to Ghana from about 10 years ago ( almost a month less) but doesn’t have the details or Proof of Travel History.
Can they exempt that information to avoid not being able to provide additional information? Sorry but What do you mean by a month less? Not sure I get your question clearly. Did you travel to Ghana without being stamped out of Nigeria and stamped into Ghana for less than a month? Then you have nothing to worry about. You don't need PCC from Ghana, you just need to state the dates. If you don't have proof of the movement, then no need to state it. My thoughts though! |

Am not sure of the marriage certificate from the mosque. If its generally acceptable proof of legal marriage then its ok. A marriage certificate suffices for this purpose, you don't need to have a change of name.
If your spouse wants to you all to use his middle name, then you need to have a family name change i.e, and have a copy of proof of name change(affidavit). You only need to explain with an LOE for the name change.
Hope this helps |

crazyinlove: Hi seniors☺,
If a lawyer wants to do WES evaluation, will the person be required to evaluate both university and law school credentials.
Awaiting your swift response.
Thanks It's only your LLB/university credentials that'll be evaluated. And if you are in no hurry and need a better assessment of your LLB to gain more points, then it must be assesses by IQAS. Unfortunately they are a bit slow nowadays. |

My Ielts journey- To urge someone on.
LRSW
1st attempt 8/6.5/7.5/7.5 2nd attempt 8.5/6.5/7/7 At this point I was upset with the test and just registered again and ofcourse the result was even worse.Seemed like I was retrogressing instead.I became discouraged. 3rd attempt 7.5/6.5/8/6.5 At this point I realised it was no play affair.i took time off work to prep. 4th Attempt 8.5/6.5/8.5/7.5 I was defeated and broken and began to have doubts about my Canadian aspirations and the possibility that the Canadian dream may not be for everyone(Me). It seemed my prayers were not being answered. This time, I didn't rush to register. I read Kontagious post about his experience with the test. His post relieved some of the disappointment. I read Bigfido's post of success after 7 attempts and I was encouraged not to give in to defeat yet. I consequently applied and paid for remark(against my better judgement but I was thinking it may be a technical glitch. I mean it's weird right, 6.5 in reading 4 times). About 3 days after the application for remark, I got a call from the test administrator from BC asking to meet me. I went and he listening to me and explained to me that he assessed my answer sheet and what I was awarded was really my score. He wanted me to make a cautioned choice for the remark.I sighed and withdrew the EOR. I registered again for ielts leaving enough time to practice. All the materials I got from this platform were great. 5th Attempt 8/8.5/8/7 God's mercy found me. My Crs has moved address from 395 to 449. All praise to God. |

sunvick: Apply for EOR if your ielts is not more than 6weeks old after you received you results. Or you can as well rewrite the ielts to aim for LRSW: 8777. If your word count was up to or more than 150 for essay 1 and 250 for essay 2, you should explore option of remark. |
