Pension and other allowances.

It means no boss can just sack you without benefits.

There are a lot of contract jobs in the banks, oil companies, manufacturing industries where the workers are not allowed to belong to union and the employer will terminate their salaries just like that.

FG jobs are quite secure in that regard.
