Do you know Where south east started and where it ended landmass wise? Or your argument is based on the fraudulent geographical map of the after civil war? This is why history studies has become the most difficult and challenging course in the Nigerian institutions. I usually don't pay much attention to young people of your type who type trash history based on what they heard from their parents without having an independent research of their own.

Whether the current map is fraudulent or not is none of my business Mr Methuselah. The bottom line is that the SE is slightly bigger than Oyo state in terms of landmass. Period!

There are Yorubas in Kogi and Kwara state. No one claims they are SW states even though we all know they should be in the SW

But it is what it is.

No disturb me this morning, hand dey pain me

What statics did you use in this your Oyo and S- eat comparison? By landmark or human population? You people at times talk to south east people carelessly and expect them not to react. Just take your above comparison as an instance.

Yepp..It's a fact. By landmass, the SE is just slightly bigger than Oyo state

I only cleared the post cos I'm not even ready to type much this morning.

Work full ground

That is a funny-asss post and well dramatized with the gif. grin

No need to exaggerate though. If you claim you've never met a "potor" landlord in Lagos, all your life, you're either telling a bare-faced lie or you arrived Lagos yesterday.
And these guys are landlords in Lagos:
https://www.kingscourtrealtors.com/
https://brickwallinvestgroup.org/
http://www.fineandcountryng.com/

The founders, chairmen, and ceos are Igbo (the last one is an international franchise with an Igbo co-founder and CEO of the Nigerian division). I could probably dig out a lot more if I had the time to devote. Their investment portfolios are probably in the top 10, nevermind top 30, and larger than some people listed in the OP which I believe was a deliberate, mischievous attempt at refuting a particular tribe's contributions:
http://nigerianfinder.com/best-real-estate-companies-in-nigeria/
The list has no statistical basis other than obvious names like the Lebanese Chagoury, and names like Alakija and Ovia.

Oh, and my dad, like probably millions of Igbos in Lagos, is a "potor" landlord. wink You'll see a lot of us here in places like Festac, Amuwo, Okota, Ojo stretching all the way to the Ogun border. And places in the mainland like Surulere. Even if you're an Island boy, you can't seriously be claiming you don't know Igbo landlords in Lekki or Ajah.

Hoebiiiiiiiiiii....my favorite potor landlord grin cheesy

How your side?

But jokes apart, I've never met a potor landlord. I SWEAR!

Thanks for the links. I go check am

Ohh okay.
Coscharis bought the land for residential buildings abi business?
What did he do with the land he bought?

He bought the land, built houses on it and rented it.

There are very few property owners there. Most are just renters and squatters selling stuff in Alaba

To add to my previous post: After FESTAC 77, FG allotted the houses a la raffle. Some sold the houses, some retained theirs

So not everyone there built houses lol

Do they even own land in FESTAC?

Yeah..the coscharis guy and some other potor millionaires bought huge acres of land there. They expanded the area basically. Not the regular riff-raffs making noise online tho. The place was originally built by the govt in 77 for FESTAC 77.

It is one thing to develop and another to buy. Most properties in Ikoyi, Lekki are owned by the Ibos. Yoruba's only delude themselves to think that they own Lagos. It is a no man's land. The developers develop for the Ibo cash crow to buy.

Now, you all agree ba? But when nigerdeltans were complaining about the same thing, you all insulted them and shouted one Nigeria that everything should be shared.

Hope you are seeing the handwriting now.

Every state should be in charge of their own resources.

You and who insulted NDeltans? I've never been against resource control. I've always been in support of the ND having 100% control of their resources. From day 1. Go through the history

There are 2 things I've never spoken against on this forum. Biafuro and ND resource control

Heck! I don't even mind if they come together to form a country. All I care about is SW

Is this not one of the analyses adeyinka grandson has been presenting in order to make gullible Yoruba see how the Hausa Fulani have been robbing the south especially the SS and SW. Taking large sum of money from the south to fund their unproductive and parasitic regions and to fund the luxurious lifestyles of Abuja politicians. But the yoro muslim - loyal and humble slaves of the caliphate would rather insult the hell out of him and report him to authorities. I wonder if these people are cursed. I just don't get it. Or could it be that they're just imposters disguising as Yoruba Moslems. I don't get how some people could be so daft not to listen to the voice of reason. Now that Ambode has said it, let's hear what these head slammers have to say.

TFOH with your religious bullocks

Most Yorubas, irrespective of religious affiliation agree with Ambode on this one. There is nothing you and Adeyinka grandclown are saying that hasn't been said.

It's not like shi.t has changed since you've been making noise about the so called hausa parasites. All you clowns do 2-4-7 is make noise.

Everytime, Yoruba Muslim this, Yoruba Muslim that.

Na them say make you never pass WAEC?

Fun fact: For those who do not know, Olu Okeowo is the largest property owner in the whole Ikoyi, Parkview and Banana Island

Let me see any of you potor clowns come here and make noise about land again. Na pankere get all of una

Potor that don't own land outside Festac will come here and be disturbing us.

Ordinarily, this shouldn't even be a topic. But because Yorubas have allowed them to run with that false narrative for too long without refuting it due to political correctness, they've started making it sound like a fact.

In fact, some Yorubas have even be misled to believe potor own land in Lagos lol. Potor don't deal with facts, uncle shike is their source of info.

They don't own up to 15% of land in Lagos. I SWEAR DOWN! My whole life living in Lagos, I've never met a potor landlord

EponOjuku developers association will not take it. Considering the fact we own about 97% of the land in Pluto and 85% of land in Jupiter.

Uncle Shike told me this when I was in the village.
