Good morning folks, from the desk of Jetro Olowole - Home Business Developer & Coach. 2018 was a resourceful year for me and many persons who key into some of the home business opportunities I introduced to them. In this current economy in Nigeria, it's unwise to live on one income. So, starting this 2019, I'll be starting a series of online and offline training and workshop to help students, graduates, families, workers to key into business opportunity that can help them earn money online from home or their offices. First of all, I am squeezing out time to write this step-by-step tutorial to give back to this community that has given me so much. I remember my days in Uniben, it was through Nairaland platform I made my first million through my internet and educational services. In this thread, I want to show you how you can make N100K weekly from Health2Wealth Ecommerce Associate program using Jumia J-Force program. As you all know, only vendors in Lagos can easily sell on Jumia unless you can bring your goods to Lagos for Jumia Express. However, in this step-by-step guide, I will show you how you can sell on Jumia even though you are not in Lagos. The best part is that, this business will not require that you fulfill orders or stock any product and you can get started with as little as N3K. It is plain simple. This tutorial will be a multi-platform tutorial. This part 1 will hold here on Nairaland while the part 2 will be for only the first 100 serious people to commit to the program. Loading... Everyone can join this program students, graduates, retailers, pharmacy and chemist store owners. The agenda for this workshop is indicated in the picture below. Please note that this is a practical tutorial hence each item will be introduced after actions have been taken on the previous item or agenda. Sign in now if you are following.

2. Cutting Board One of the most basic tools you need in your kitchen is a good cutting board. You’ll be using it every time you cook (just like your chef’s knife) so it’s important to choose one that’s durable and well designed. We recommend cutting board that is dishwasher safe and is built from odor-resistant polypropylene – meaning it will last a long time. Pick from these inexpensive cutting board and you won’t regret it. |
2. Hydrogen Peroxide Hydrogen peroxide is a mild antiseptic used on the skin to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Use a diluted solution instead (3 to 6 wt%). You will see white fizz upon pouring this liquid on to open wounds, but it will burn less in comparison to spirit. Do not use in conjunction with spirit – use either one of these; not both. It may also be used as a mouth rinse to help remove mucus or to relieve minor mouth irritation (e.g., due to canker/cold sores, gingivitis). Although Hydrogen Peroxide comes in various sizes, we only have one approved size for our recommended First Aid Kit. Comment below if you are following this First Aid educational thread or suggest an item that should make the list. Every night, millions dream about making money while sleeping but wake up to the reality of a failed adventure. Every day, thousands of businesses are started but before the day is over, thousands more folded up. Every month, many quit their job to start entrepreneurial journey but majority ended up quitting and back to salary job. The business world is a difficult place to survive. You probably have had your own piece of the cake. How can you ensure you don’t end up being part of the statistics? In this thread, I am going to show you successful passive income businesses you can do from home in 2019 using my Business Quadrants Wealthflow Theory. Here I will briefly talk about them but explain much more in detail in the thread. Finding the right business idea is often the most difficult part of setting up a business. Passive income has long been the holy grail for entrepreneurs looking to free up their time, untethering the cord of daily duties and responsibilities from the potential to generate healthy monthly revenues. While the importance of passive income isn't often doubted, the monumental hurdle often required to achieve a respectable amount of cash flow from automatically recurring revenue streams is often too great for most to bear. For those who need a little inspiration in finding that elusive beginning of an idea, here are some to explore. 1. START A BLOG. The most important method for generating passive income is to start a blog. Blogs can generate a tremendous amount of income, but not quickly. If you plan to start a blog, understand that it's going to take a vast amount of work and time to succeed. 2. WRITE AND PUBLISH AN EBOOK. Non-fiction ebooks that help to educate your audience on topics such as online marketing, business or other self-development areas, are going to sell far better than fiction books at the outset. Clearly, fiction can make tremendous amounts of money, but it's also highly competitive if you're not an already-established writer with an existing following. 3. CREATE AN ONLINE COURSE. Have a technical skill? Want to convey that skill to others out there while generating a healthy passive income stream? Creating an online course on site such as Udemy is a great way to automate some of your cash flow. However, like any other income stream that's passive, it takes a significant amount of effort on the front end. 4. PRODUCE AN AUDIOBOOK. Audiobook business is an incredible stream of passive income if you do things the right way. Leverage Audible's ACX platform to push out your audiobooks to the world's most robust platforms such as Audible and iTunes. 5. BECOME AN AFFILIATE MARKETER. Affiliate marketing is likely one of the most powerful ways that you can produce multiple passive income streams. However, this isn't easy by any measure. To succeed at affiliate marketing, you need a large following of users. In other words, you need a big platform and audience. When you don't have a platform or audience, you need to run ads, which can get costly. 6. DEVELOP A SMARTPHONE APP. I know it's not easy to develop a smartphone app. You either need a lot of skill or a bit of money to get someone to make your vision into a reality, but it is still possible. 7. SELL PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS ONLINE. Another avenue for passive income is to leverage photo-selling websites such as iStockPhoto and Shutter Stock to earn money while you sleep. Clearly, you need to understand photography and things like Photoshop if you're serious about succeeding in the photo-selling business. 8. BUILD NICHE OR "GUIDE" WEBSITES FOR LEAD OR REFERRAL INCOME. If you have an understanding of SEO and online marketing, you might want to build niche or guide websites to help generate leads and referral income. Popular industries include insurance, credit cards, the make money niche, diets and weight loss, amongst many others. 9. PRICE COMPARISON SITE. Build a comparison site for many products. You can stay within a niche. Use affiliate program or negotiate commission to monetize your website. You may have to regularly update the price of your product or outsource the work. 10. ECOMMERCE STORE. There’s a lot of work upfront and by comparison to other ideas, there can be a fair bit of work on an ongoing basis. But if you automate as much as possible and/or hire a VA, you can get it down to just a few hours a week. 11. BUILD AN ONLINE STORE FOR A REAL WORLD SERVICE AND OUTSOURCE THE WORK. With the explosion of eCommerce, drop shipping has become very popular. Here’s how it works: you create an online store that offers products from certain manufacturers. A person visits your site, orders a product, and your system sends the order to the specific manufacturer. The manufacturer then completes the order by shipping it directly to the customer. One of the cool things about this type of business is that you do NOT need to order inventory. The customer pays for the product, you collect the profits, and the manufacturer stores and ships the products to the customer. 12. NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS. Join the right company and build a network marketing passive income business. Give it two to five years before you start to earn royalties and passive income. In recent times, more and more network marketers are now turning to the internet to bridge the distance barrier between them and their recruits. The advent of podcast, webinar and other video conference technologies has made it possible to conduct training across border in the comfort of their home. Thanks to these and other technologies, you can setup your training program and have people subscribe to them. You can use these platforms to recruit new members and teach them to use the same technology to build their business. When you combine these technologies with blogging, you can build a viable network marketing passive income home business. If you are currently unemployed, you may have to start with network marketing active income business. When you have raised some money, think of how to use part of the retail profit you are making to build the passive income aspect of your business. If you currently have an active income job or small business, use part of the income to build a network marketing passive income business. Find the right network marketing company, launch and build your network marketing business. Once you have chosen your opportunity, stick to a plan. Give it time. Don’t think you’re going to be rich in six months, because you won’t. Exercise patience. Focus on your skills. Work hard. Stay consistent. And…don’t take things personally. OVER TO YOU Ask any question on the one you will like to try out or share your experience if you are currently using any of the methods |
