Sanchez01:
The degree of damage done to nulled themes vary, depending on the goal of the new author. For some of them, all they need are back links, so they run certain codes and string them into the theme, which in turn links to their sites or the sites they have in mind. While this might not be too harmful, it is quite unhealthy as it would continuously sap link juice from your site and pass authority on to the sites being linked to.

The other is PHP back door malicious codes embedded as PHP files just to gain access to your site's database.

Trojan, Malwares etc are some of the horrors embedded into nulled themes.

To see the damage of your free themes, upload the file to https://virustotal.com and run a scan to find out what is embedded in your free nulled themes.

You might need to download the Theme Authenticity Checker plugin to understand the trouble you have already gotten yourself into if at all you are already using the theme.

OnePlus has introduced the OnePlus 6 at an event in London to a room of press and 1,000 fans. The event sold out in hours as enthusiasts of the brand flocked to get hands on the new device before anyone else.

Right on cue six months after the OnePlus 5T, the OnePlus 6 is an iterative update, notably thanks to the inclusion of a notch at the top of the display and a glass finish that is different on three different colour options.

Playing it safe with tagline ‘The Speed You Need’, OnePlus is concentrating on something it has never struggled with in the speed of its devices. The OnePlus 6 doesn’t at first appear to move the smartphone needle thanks to its passing resemblance to the LG G7 ThinQ and Huawei P20 Pro.

Display

The OnePlus 6 is the first phone from the company with a Notch style display. On paper you have a 6.28-inch size screen, OLED panel, 19:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2280 X 1080 pixels. The OLED screen delivers vibrant colours and deep blacks. You can remove onscreen buttons and use gesture navigation to enjoy the full screen estate on the phone. However, Notch style display is not something new, we have seen it already on devices from Oppo, Vivo and Huawei that are available in India. Like the Huawei P20, the OnePlus 6 also comes with the option to hide the notch area which is possible thanks to the OLED screen.

Design

OnePlus 6 comes with a number of prominent design changes. The most notable one after the notch style display is the glass rear panel. All the colours of the OnePlus 6 now come with a glass finish – the Mirror Black has a glossy finish while the Midnight Black has a matte finish. Dual camera position has also been changed from the OnePlus 5T – the cameras now sit in a vertical stack at the centre of the phone above the fingerprint scanner. The slider for changing ring mode has been moved to the right side of the phone (it was always on the left side up till the OnePlus 5T). Thankfully, OnePlus 6 still comes with a 3.5mm audio jack. Overall, the OnePlus 6 is the same size as the OnePlus 5T but with a bigger screen and more premium appearance.

Hardware

You get the top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, Adreno 630 graphics and a 3,300mAh battery. For RAM and storage, the phone comes in three variants – 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. Just like the previous OnePlus phones, the OnePlus 6 also does not have a microSD slot for storage expansion. Other specifications include dual SIM slot, USB Type-C port with fast charge support, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and NFC.

Software

OnePlus 6 comes with the company’s own Oxygen OS which is close to stock Android and bloat free. We liked that the Oxygen OS on the OnePlus 6 is based on Android 8.1 and comes with the latest May security patch. There are no preloaded apps other than the OnePlus Community app. For the notch, OnePlus has updated the user interface with option to enable/disable the notch and to control which apps will run in full-screen mode. You also get the option to have the navigation bar as fixed or hidden. At its I/O 2018 developer congress, Google had announced that OnePlus 6 is one of the first phones that can be upgraded to Android P beta OS – interested users can upgrade their OnePlus 6 to Android P as soon as they get it too.

Camera

While the camera setup on paper remains the same as OnePlus 5T – 16MP + 20MP with f1.7 aperture, there are several improvements done on the camera. First, it has a larger sensor for improved low light images. Second and most important, the OnePlus 6 comes with OIS (optical image stabilisation) which was missing on the previous phones. This reduces blur due to handshake and helps in low light too. We noticed that the portrait mode has improved vastly and the overall images results are also fantastic. OnePlus 6 is also capable for recording slow motion videos in 480fps at 720p HD resolution and 4k video at 60fps. On the front is a 16MP camera with f2.0 aperture and Auto HDR function.

Price and Availability

OnePlus 6 is available on Shopping store, starting from $530 to $560, that is about (N190,800 to N201,600)

The unique selling point of those brands(tecno/Infinix) is their prices. Now in achieving these low price points, they have to make certain decisions in there supply chain(components). using premium components like; Corning glass/Qualcomm SD/leica lens and others wouldn't allow them produce phones at Nigerian 'low end' prices.
Unfortunately, providing devices for the Low budget range require compromises from both producers and consumers alike. These compromises are reducing though with what the likes of Xiaomi are doing.

Lol, to be frank my wife has infinix hot 4 pro with 4,000mah battery that she got since 2016, when I was using galaxy s7 edge with 3,500mah battery her phone lasts a full day with heavy usage and would still have about 30-40% left before bed while my s7 edge would need charging by 3-4pm under same heavy usage. By ur analogy that s7 edge with 3,500mah battery should be beating the hot 4 pro with 4,000mah but hell no, the battery on the hot 4 pro is twice efficient even though it has just 500mah more. And mind u galaxy s7 edge is still one of Samsung's flagship with best battery, still lasts longer than s8. That beautiful screen, sensors and everything running in the background take a load on the battery while the infinix is just a basic mid range phone with 720p display, so do the maths.
didnt know u were married lol shocked

henry007:
The keyword is actually "midrange".

More processing power + more ram on flagships means a lot of stuff are running at the same time.

Samsung flagships also have very good displays that need more juice. It might be worth it still.
huawei mate 10 for instance saves battery like hell wahs ur say on that, for me it all still boils down to processor on d device

Bro, I'm not a tecno fanatic but let's be honest here, tecno L9 with 5,000mah battery will last 3 times more than Samsung Galaxy s8 3,000mah battery. C'mon bro, Samsung phones are not the best when it comes to battery, their phone with best battery is s7 edge and note 7, but since note 7 was exploding they decided to get conservative with their newer releases using smaller batteries. It's a win win if Samsung can put 4,000mah on their flagship phones. Galaxy s8 will last a full day under normal usage, with normal to heavy usage it will need charging by 4-5pm. That tecno L9 will last 2 days of heavy usage especially considering it has a 720p display.
well everybody with dia opinion sha me was just saying

You'll be surprised that the 3300maH would last longer than the average 4000maH. This is because the processor used (SD450) is a 14nm processor which makes it more power efficient than the average MTK processor that is 28nm

Xiaomi Redmi 5 Hands on Unboxing Honest Review Pros and Cons

When i was told that device from Xiaomi were fast i thought it was all small talks till i got one for myself and found out it was all true. Xiaomi was one of the best sellers in the mobile world last year 2017 and Xiaomi is planning to replicate the success in 2018 with the latest Xiaomi Redmi 5 series smartphones. Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro were launched in Feburary and can be gotten on online stores worldwide.

Redmi 5 is the successor of Redmi 4 which was launched earlier in december 2017. Redmi 5 is a budget device like Redmi 4 and is priced below 55,000 naira in Nigeria and Rs.10000 in India. So what’s with the Redmi 5? Let’s take a look at the unit i got for myself.

Redmi 5 Specifications & Features

Display 5.7 inch IPS LCD, 720x1440px,
Processor & GPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 | Adreno 506
OS & RAM Android v7.1.2 | 2GB or 3GB RAM
Storage 16 or 32GB | Expandable up to 128GB
Primary Camera 12MP, f/2.2, PDAF, LED Flash
Secondary Camera 5MP
Battery Li-Po 3,300 mAh non-removable battery

Design Display and Build Quality

On unwrapping the DHL package from Jumia Global is a Red box with a Chinese inscription of the Redmi 5 with a bold 5 on top well packaged and firm . On seeing the Redmi 5 the major difference with that of the Redmi 4 is the Redmi 5 has a large 5.7-inch display on the front. The display is of 18:9 aspect ratio with HD Plus resolution. Bezel-less displays have been a trend this year and it’s great to see Xiaomi bringing it to the budget segment. The display looks beautiful and gives a premium feel to the device.

The resolution is only HD+ so it is not that sharp like it is on the Plus version but considering the price point, we think it is fine. The display size has gone up from 5 inches to 5.7 inches but the overall size of the device has just increased by 10mm so users should not worry about the size.

BUY THE XIAOMI REDMI 5 HERE NOW ON JUMIA

Another major visible change is the lack of backlit buttons on the bottom. Xiaomi has moved to on-screen buttons to reduce the bezel size. Xiaomi has followed the metal unibody design approach in Redmi 5 as well and the build of the device is solid. The back of Redmi 5 is curved a bit which makes it easy to hold. There is a 2.5D glass on the display as well but we don’t know whether it gorilla glass or not. Overall, the device looks really nice.

Camera

Now let’s talk about cameras on the Redmi 5. There is a single 12MP sensor on the back of the phone with 1.25-micron pixels, f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and LED flash. Xiaomi has not gone with a dual camera setup so you can’t take portrait mode pictures with it but well i have heard you could with custom roms i trust the Indians on that. The back camera performs well in daylight outdoor conditions.

The pictures are sharp and vibrant and not over exposed or over saturated like most Mtk budget smartphone we see this days that goes after color. The camera performance indoors in low light conditions is pretty average. On the front, there is a 5MP camera with a LED flash. The front camera can take decent selfies and the front flash helps under low light conditions. Overall, the camera performance is decent for the price range i was pretty stunned.

Performance

Under the hood the Redmi 5 sports a Snapdragon 450 chipset with 2/3/4GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB of storage my unit is the 3GB/32GB RAM/ROM. The Snapdragon 450 processor is latest and best in the entry-level chip segment and we are happy to see that Xiaomi is not cutting any corners here like most Mtk budget device.

Verdict

After using Xiaomi Redmi 5 for a little over a month, I can say that it’s definitely one of the best low-end smartphones available out there. Its performance is better than devices like Redmi 4A, Redmi 4, Redmi 4 Prime, Nokia 3 Tecno Camon CM, Infinix Hot S3 and Moto C Plus, all of which have similar price tags.
