I have taken time to review all Transsion products....INFINIX,TECNO ITEL etc They focus on cheap chipsets,P series and Camera.....No smart features ,poor sensor compatibility etc...All they give Africans is Battery,cheap chipsets ,Camera pixels...
When i talk our own Nigeria fans will bring up baseless points of they give us service centers and forum whereas having 99% of bugs,problems etc emanating from these products.....I dont know if camera pixels is Africa problem.....?

Google is working on a mid-range Pixel for emerging markets like India and Pakistan, according to a new report. The Economic Times has obtained information claiming that Big G is developing a budget Pixel smartphone, which is expected to debut in India sometime in July or August, to rival the likes of the Honor 9 Lite, Huawei P Smart and Xiaomi Mi A1.

The outlet was unable to uncover details pertaining to the handset’s specifications, though if we had to hazard a guess we’d say it’s armed with at least a 5-inch AMOLED screen, 3GB of RAM and the same 12.2MP camera as the standard Pixel 2. Aside from noting that Google is also looking to bring the Google Home and PixelBook to India, claims it’s looking to expand its retail footprint in the region to help it compete with Apple, Microsoft and Samsung.


“Their hardware distributor Redington will expand brick-and-mortar distribution reach,” reports The Economic Times.

Of course I love competition as it can only favour us consumers. Bur make it a honest comparison. No be by force to compare ur phone with iPhone X, there are other many phones that they could have compared their phone's camera with. That's how they compared phantom 8 camera with galaxy s8 camera. They went and took pictures with some phone with poor camera and said pictures were taken with galaxy s8 to make it look like the phantom takes better photos lol.

No doubt very impressive and might end up being the new king of camera phones. According to some comparisons, p20 pro wins in some aspect while pixel 2 wins in other aspects. But overall the p20 pro is looking like the winner but not by big margin to justify the 40mp camera and the triple lens. And the 20mp selfie camera doesn't do ak better job than the pixel's 8mp selfie camera.
