though its quite difficult to treat that kind of case without seeing it, i think u could try loggin in through safe mode and try uninstalling the prog u just installed and as well maybe disable your boot on password. if that doesnt do the majic then try recovering your files and FORMAT

abt peacetree, if u have friends or relatives working in the bank or u could even talk to ur banker,
ask them if they ever use that soft ware where they work

im a uniben student and i am also a partaker of the scholarship scheme

the problem u complained about is peculiar to every body.
however the account u were asked to put in is not ur bank account number but ur scholarship tag number i.e ENPL,

i feel the most important thing to u now is to make sure u are sent a confirmation that ur acceptance letter has been accepted.

ur pay will reflect in ur bank account when its sent
