Who issues birth certificate in Nigeria before. Moreso, who issued ur birth certificate hasnt got anything to do with your visa application.

More important is the appointment email tls sent to u when booked . Without it u can't even gt into the venue.

Form A is ur best bet. Someone can make payments for you in Nigeria once form A is available.

Simple answer,

If u have time, move ur money to a commercial bank and count 28days.

Piggyvest is not a bank. Its a business operated with the statutory requirement of being affiliated with a bank based on cbn regulation that forbids any business to transact in money related activities without being registered as a bank with cbn.

Piggyvest is regulated by central bank of Nigeria and has a microfinance bank.

Paga doesn't allow u pay for school fees through their platform

Only IHS and Visa Fees.

If u need to pay school fees u'll
1. Wait for banks to resume form A
2. Buy fx and pay it into ur dolar /pounds card and pay
3. Look for someone who can help abroad and take naira from u
4. Collect all your friend's cards and pay £70 pounds per card until you reach 1k .. thats like 14 cards if your school allows (lots of my friends did that this period)

£70=$100 .... Nigerian monthly usd allowance on naira cards.

Hallam is the best uni ever.

Pre Cas interview is scheduled after u pay ur 1k deposit, Cas is issued 24hours after ur pre cas. 50% Schoolfees on resumption, balance till September 2021.

Its strange when I see 28days account b4 pre cas then the endless wait for cas b4 u now face other life issues.

Going o SHU in January 2021.
