but basically, fo police report, make sure your copy has the country you are applying for on it and also the necessary signature fro the officer you got it from. all documents must first be notarized by any notary office in any state(the photocopies, except from your police report which would be the original) and then be authenticated at the foreign affairs ministry in ABUJA, it can only be done there. as for your diploma certificates, and waec and co, you must take them to the ministry of education first before taking them to the foreign affairs. your friend in abj can help you authenticate your documents.
so basically the steps are as follows.
1) Notarize the photocopy of the documents, police report notarize the original
2) Authenticate all your school certificate(most likely form your waec) in the ministry of education in ABUJA.
3) Authenticate all documents in the ministry of foreign affairs in ABUJA.
4) visit this site http://lagos.china-consulate.org/eng/lszj/gzrz/t232419.htm and download and fill (with your computer) the authentication form
5) write a letter for the reason for your legalization,addressed to the embassy.
6) take all your documents to the embassy (Abuja only on tuesday or thursday from 3pm -5pm) for legalization.
p.s they no longer accept express service and it takes 7 days to process.

Light in my area is terrible. When everyone was celebrating many hours of light per day when Buhari just got sworn in, we were either in darkness or when they wanted to give us, we'd only have it 3 hrs only btw 1am to 4pm. To give you an idea, I have consumed only 144kWh units of electricity between October last year and now as read from my prepaid meter. Do the cost analysis. There are better Uk used systems that don't cost more than 360I that you can invest in. Spending 25k on that system to me is not worth it except it's an extraordinary "machine". Tell him to scrap it, Sell parts and so. You may not get more than 5 to 8k but it's a good bargain. Add money and get something better.

My 5 year old Compaq 615 laptop started showing some buish green colourations last year, and after few months, the scree just would not come up despite being on. I took it for repair and the engineer brought it back to life. 2 weeks after, d same colourations started showing on the laptop when on. The engineer diagnosed it as a vGA poblem. He said I'd need to change the board to get a new VGA card. My question is: what's the guarantee that a replaced motherbard won't give problem later? He said it would cost Me 25K to change d new board. Hope he is nnot trying to rip me off. Pls, I need your advice. I am not buoyant for now to buy a new laptop. Thanks

Phillips Consulting actually prepared the OMR sheets as though we were going to answer 2 sections each of 60 questions like the last test conducted in 2011. It was unfortunate and unprofessinal on their part for not changing the OMR sheet to the right format when they decided to change the format of the questions this year. At a poinnt, I had to count the numbering manually to be sure I was shading at the right space in the OMR sheet. A mistake could reslt from this, annd the candidate is the onne that faces the brunt. I hope they don't make a mistake when marking the OMR sheets too.
Regarding the conduct of the exam though, I'll give them 10/10.
