Gosh u re not getting me....wat simple language can I explain dz to you. As a mata of fact she just got confirmed nd level 6 step1 is 60k. Confirmation is 3mth nd b4 she gets her promotion is after 2yrs except lawyers who get promoted after a year to.level 10.
