Foreign Affairs › Re: Canada Wildfires: Millions Advised To Mask Up Due To Intense Smoke by jidxin(m): 5:41pm On Jun 08, 2023 |
Wagwanbrethren: There are many reasons, love. Wildfires can start from natural causes such as lightning or lava, but the vast majority of wildfires are started by people. Things like campfires, cigarettes, vehicles, or fireworks.
In cold Western countries, the vegetation is very dry and there is a lot of fuel (dead trees, brush, grass) available to burn. The weather is also usually colder, which means the air is drier and the wind can blow the fire around. Unlike hot Western Sub Sahara countries, the vegetation here is not as dry and there is not as much fuel available to burn. The weather is usually hotter, which means the air is more humid and the wind does not blow the fire around as much as it does in most part of the Western world!
Note: we sef dey experience wildfire, just that people hardly talk about it, and it's not too common. the major cause is the drop in air pressure |

fyzaila: No they aren't likely to divorce!
Stop all this sentiments. Trust me it won't do you any good. So because she's from a broken home so no man should marry her? From your post, you confirmed she has good attributes and you didn't mention any bad one which means you're ok with her. For her to be from a broken home and still be well disciplined and cultured speaks volume isn't it? Aren't they thousands of girls from unbroken home who have turned to something else that you can't even write home about?
You have found yourself a good woman which is very scarce this days, just pray and follow your heart. Everybody's destiny is different please. but what Bout the research that children from divorce home are also prone to divorce in their later life/marriage |

SOSinNigeria: Don't mind those primitive bigots. That's how they claimed to own Gatwick airport in UK just because a Yoruba man was appointed to manage it.
There lies and foolish propaganda is so shameful and distasteful. Ignorant is bliss and illiteracy is a bad disease. If you understand what a concession is and you should also understand that the airport is a private entity owned by majority of the shareholder who happens to be that Yoruba man. The way the Gat 2 airport in lagos is owned by Babalakin. Stop spewing trash. |

Only the Yoruba guy have real power in the company as the Chief Financial Officer the rest are non executive which mean they can only give advice
If this is what you are trying to chest beat with ? then you score an own goal. oga those ones are appointed. Like employed. The owners are the share holders and their powers is according to their equity |

Karlifate: Some names you see in the Managerial list doesn't mean they have any stake I'm the company.
Many of them are appointed by the main shareholders to oversee the activities, and they give a report back to them.
The real controllers are usually behind-the-scene. 💯 thank you... I don shout tìrẹ. |

baby124: Interesting to see Blair’s wife on that board. Many people have been saying that couple junket the whole Africa, looking for countries to take advantage of. I hope Tinubu is smart enough to shake off this people. Tony will quickly run into any African country and start holding meetings when no concern him. He’s no longer in office but na him pocket him de chase. calm down she's just an employee. She is a manager not share holders. Manager and director in this instance are not the owner of a company but the share holders. They will be paid salaries. |

onuman: There is hardly any far northern Nigeria Muslim who doesn't seek for use of sharia criminal justice system in all the states of Nigeria. The political and religious leaders of those states adopted unconstitutional sharia crimimal laws between 1999-2001. Boko Haram followed immediately after and says it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
Sharia civil laws and customary laws are allowed by Nigeria's 1999 Constitution'; but not sharia criminal laws. Sharia criminal justice system includes stoning blasphemers to death, cutting out the hands of thieves, stoning adulterous women to death, among other harsh punishment systems. One of the earliest demands of Alhaji Tanko Mohammed, the Chief Justice of Nigeria appointed by president Buhari was for inclusion of sharia criminal laws in the 1999 Constitution. In 2001, Muhammadu Buhari vowed in Kaduna before a large crowd of Muslims that he would not stop until Islamic sharia criminal justice system is applied in all the states of Nigeria. hmmmn but sincerely what do you think of penal code, penal code has little of infused sharia laws. Or why do you think criminal code was separated from penal code |

Tntsi: Lagos is the biggest contradiction in the world today. The 5th largest economy in Africa ( which means it generates huge income), yet one of the most unliveable places in the world due to lack of social and health services, lack of order, no electricity, bad electricity, bad roads, bad transportation, no flood prevention, bad emergency services, failing schools, bad policing, bad sanitation and more.
The question begging to be answered is where has all this huge income gone? long bridge is in Ogun STATE |
