What if the supposed client drafted a will or agreement that truly reflected his intentions in the ordinary use of language? The courts wouldn't respect that?

Also why should laws particularly designate lawyers as the lawful drafters of an agreement? What is the benefit of such a weird law to the general public?

will he register the will himself? an unregistered will is as good as nothing. can a non lawyer draft deed of assignment or lease? hell no.
