my dear my friend is a nurse she did everything to save a life and when the patient recovered he absconded the Hospital. she had to pay with two months salary and her father was sick afterwards she had no money to help him or to properly care for her family. the way civil servants work for a salary is same way nurses work also for salary. how will u leave the comfort of your bed a whole night for days in the name of night duty only to get patients Bill deducted from your salary in the end, not even that you are well paid. and you have to follow the policy of the Hospital you work. think about it

THE TRUTH OF THIS WHOLE TRAGEDY
1. Govt should have employed gatemen. how do they expect nurses to take care of patients and check the gates.
2. endure they are constant drugs in health centerd.
3. Supervise man power - because if they were being supervised that doctor on night duty should have been at work .many Nigerian doctor
s work in different Hospitals, neglect govt job and poor patients, the nurses also have to render quality services although they helped the woman, it wasn't done totally. I hear in some hospitals doctors tell nurses that they don't want to see any patient and the nurse will have to say no bed space besides the wards are always crowded with little or no nurse.b
