I hope his assistants are highly tactical. Cos Finidi looks clueless in his speech today by saying: in super eagles, team formation is not necessary yada yada.
did you hear the whole response or just the headline

I don’t understand the uproar about the 1 year deal, when Peseiro got the same everybody acted fine with it so what changed? Is it because he’s a local coach? The NFF did well abeg, if after 1 year he dey coach rubbish changing the coach will be easy

Most of these players are no longer the ones that made us Happy in the 90s. Oyo for who wan gbe mata sori like say they get best interest of SE at heart. Once we exhaust the 90s set in this coaching debacles, i wonder who they'll start with from the 2000s 😆
I’ve always thought about this because most the players who retired from mid 2000s either don’t want anything to do with Nigeria football are not interested in coaching

If Finidi did not request Amokachi, why impose Amokachi on him? Na wa for this NFF administration. Finidi should kick against it and set his back room staff himself. Sabotage and match fixing is real. A word is enough for the wise.
per the same source NFF hands are tied, you know Amokachi is now a politician

I meant his only World Cup contribution. He almost made us missed the 1994 World Cup. I never said he is not a good player but he was not better than Kanu!
oya mention Kanu’s World Cup contribution and mind you Siasia went to just 1 World Cup compared to Kanu’s 3

It was Cele Babayaro,Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Victor Agali that were sent home but funny they didn’t cared and showed no remorse
Aiyegbeni was never really committed to playing for us, people always mention the Angola game in Kano but have forgotten that the first leg in Angola was a disgrace, we played that game with just 13 players (I think), players like Yakubu and Jayjay failed to turn up for away games and friendly games always citing weak excuses.
