Now if I had decided to not reg anything this year I would still have this sales since they aren't this year reg.... The first name was part of the domains I discounted along with the "play//bettr" name that I reported for the fourth quarter of last year.

As for the Fairways sale, it came less than 24 hours after the sale of the first name. I had decided to do an experiment that involved discounting certain names for a limited period (about two weeks). The domain sold a week to the day I applied the discount. (Although I generated the name, I found out that it had been registered and dropped in the past).

The ai//pproach name was a punt inspired by a reported sale of a similar word form. Many of the names I checked then were available, but I registered only three partly because I hadn't made a sale for almost three months at the time. It didn't even occur to me to share in case some people might be interested here. Practically all the good ones seem gone now.

There's another $495 LTO sales not included here because I have only received the first installment. I am mentioning it simply because it appeared the previous owner was trying to sell it for like six years without success. But I took the punt because the name looked promising to me and God did the rest!

Story behind the sales.. The buyer offered $250 after the first outbound, I opened a lead and accepted the offer, my guy refused to pay oo, so I followed up the next day, but he didn't reply, on the fourth day I followed up again that he should let me know if he's not interested again and he replied that he's waiting for his partner.

After 10 mins he sent mail to me that they both agreed to pay 200, I imported lead again for 200 still he refuse to pay after 3rd day again I followed up, and he said the 200 they offer is Canadian dollars which I had to import lead again for that amount which is $148 in US dollars. He stopped replying to my email for like 2 days na so I vexed changed the price and vowed never to contacted him again.

I was on X yesterday researching about domain names, and I saw someone wrote " the money is in the follow-up that you have to keep following up until the client tell you to stop or go f..ck yaself.

As naija guy who needs money, I sent mail to him again if he preferred GoDaddy and he replied that I should change the price back and I did, immediately he sent email again that his budget is 200CAD and Dan showing 210Cad that I should please reduce 10dollars, at this stage I just want to sell the name.


Sorry for my long story guys, I just want us to pick one or two things here which is Follow Up.
