A Medical doctor by name Ese Oriaifo Agbontaen runs an online clinic on Instagram with over 50k followers. She helps families who are struggling to have children, those that are married and are trying to conceive. With what she knows how to do best. She does this by giving medical drugs to husband's to boost their sperm activities and also work on the females too.. Then plus the grace of God she's been having excellent results.

Just in the month of June, she helped about 15homes with pregnancies. She's here to help as much homes that are finding it difficult to have children.

She finished her medical education in Ternopil, Ukraine, and later came to Nigeria to continue her medical career. She was working at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) before she found this path which she's now using to put smiles in Nigerian homes.. Yes she had to resign to focus more on what she's doing.

Her father was a doctor before he died and while he was alive he was called "the people's doctor" so she named her clinic after that name.

So I'll be leaving the link to her IG handle so you can check her out... Lots of testimonies there.. she also help with other medical issues... As a guy if you're seen some abnormal things in your penil region, you can reach out to her, if your VG as a lady doesn't smell nice, you can reach out to her.. and lots more.. she's a doctor

HealthSee The Reasons Why You Shouldn't Stop Eating Mango Fruit by Jitefarms(op): 12:21pm On May 06, 2020
Mango is an agricultural product and in some parts of the world, mango (Mangifera indica) is called the “king of fruits.” I feel it’s because of it’s varieties, popularity and benefits. We’ll be dealing with the health and nutritional benefits of mango.

It’s a drupe, or stone fruit, which means that it has a large seed in the middle.

Mango is native to India and Southeast Asia and has been cultivated for over 4,000 years. There are hundreds of types of mango, each with a unique taste, shape, size and color. This fruit is not only delicious but also boasts an impressive nutritional profile.

In fact, studies link mango and its nutrients to health benefits, such as improved immunity, digestive health and eyesight, as well as a lower risk of certain cancers.

Here’s an overview of mango, its nutrition, benefits and some tips on how to enjoy it.

Nutrients

Mango is low in calories but full of lots of nutrient.

One cup (165 grams) of sliced mango provides:

Mango is an Antioxidant

Mango is packed with polyphenols — plant compounds that function as antioxidants. It has over a dozen different types, including mangiferin, catechins, anthocyanins, quercetin, kaempferol, rhamnetin, benzoic acid and many others.

Antioxidants are important as they protect your cells against free radical damage. Free radicals are highly reactive compounds that can bind to and damage your cells.

Research has linked free radical damage to signs of aging and chronic diseases. Amongst the polyphenols, mangiferin has gained the most interest and is sometimes called a “super antioxidant” since it’s especially powerful.

Test-tube and animal studies have found that mangiferin may counter free radical damage linked to cancers, diabetes and other illnesses. Health and nutritional benefits of mango.

Can Boost Immunity

Mango is a good source of immune-boosting nutrients. One cup (165 grams) of mango provides 10% of your daily vitamin A needs.

Vitamin A is essential for a healthy immune system, as it helps fight infections. Meanwhile, not getting enough vitamin A is linked to a greater infection risk.

On top of this, the same amount of mango provides nearly three-quarters of your daily vitamin C needs. This vitamin can help your body produce more disease-fighting white blood cells, help these cells work more effectively and improve your skin’s defenses.

Mango also contains folate, vitamin K, vitamin E and several B vitamins, which aid immunity as well.

Can Support Heart Health

Mango contains nutrients that support a healthy heart. For instance, it offers magnesium and potassium, which help maintain a healthy pulse and your blood vessels relax, promoting lower blood pressure levels. Mango also contains a unique antioxidant called mangiferin.

Animal studies have found that mangiferin may protect heart cells against inflammation, oxidative stress and apoptosis (controlled cell death).

In addition, it may lower blood cholesterol, triglycerides and free fatty acid levels.

While these findings are promising, research on mangiferin and heart health in humans is currently lacking. Therefore, more studies are needed before it can be recommended as a treatment.

FoodNigerian Foods That Can Help You Lose Belly Fat by Jitefarms(op): 3:00pm On Apr 27, 2020
I know you’re making smart moves to lose weight. But sometimes it feels as though the scale isn’t moving the way you want it. When it comes to healthy eating and weight loss, these plant-based foods loved by registered dietitians have your back. Let’s look at some Nigerian foods that can help lose belly fat.

When I say Nigerian foods, it means these foods are secured in Nigeria. That is they are available and accessible for consumption.

1. Peanut butter

Peanut butter packs 8 grams of protein and up to 4 grams of fiber per serving, making it an ideal snack to help you fill up and stay satisfied. Peanuts contain L-arginine, an amino acid that works to improve blood flow throughout your body by helping blood vessels “relax” — all of which can help to mitigate fluid retention.

2. Fish

It doesn’t get any better than fish when it comes to healthy proteins, especially salmon and sardines. They’re filled with important omega-3s and lean protein, helping you fill up and curb cravings.

3. Berries

Berries are packed with fiber (up to 9 grams a cup!) and antioxidants but contain less sugar than most fruits. That combo makes them a satisfying and healthy choice.

4. Eggs

High protein breakfast, especially those including eggs, have been linked to weight loss, reducing belly fat in the process. Add eggs to salads and little bread slices, pair them with 100% whole-grain toast and veggies for a hearty breakfast.

5. Beans

Beans are everywhere these days, and we couldn’t be happier about it. They’re filled with fiber and plant-based protein, plus minerals and B-vitamins. Overall, beans reduce bloat by aiding your nervous and muscular systems, helping you build lean body mass. Among foods that can help lose belly fat.

6. Low-fat milk

Add a cup of low-fat milk, Dano slim should help and you may have a belly-busting win. While lots of research links calcium with lower body weights, results from a 2014 study suggest that calcium-containing foods may reduce waist circumference in those genetically predisposed to carrying weight in their midsection.

FoodFood Security: Are Nigerians Close To Having It? by Jitefarms(op): 10:52pm On Apr 26, 2020
I'll give the meaning.. the rest is at the website.

Food security is simply the accessibility, the availability and in most cases the affordability of food or food substances for our daily lives. Food is our energy source and limited access to food, impacts health in multiple ways.

Do you think Nigerians are halfway when it comes to food security?

FoodHow To Make Custard. Naija Style. by Jitefarms(op): 9:37pm On Apr 26, 2020
Custard is used in many Nigerian homes alongside other foods. You won’t really see people eating it alone except for those that have health issues and are specifically told not to take solid foods. So I thought I should share with you all how to make custard the Nigerian way, because it’s something I feel I’m good at, though I don’t really know how to make lots of food varieties.

A lot of people do say “what you need for custard is hot water and the grace of God”. This is because they’ve gotten tired of pouring hot water and still getting yellow liquid in return. So let me go straight to it.

What you need for making custard

A Bowl: For your custard powder
Stirring spoon: For proper mixing
Normal water: To mix with your custard powder
Hot water: To get you final result

How to make custard

Step 1: Get your bowl or a deep plate for your custard powder. The size of the bowl or plate will depend on the number of persons feeding on it. Then you add your powder to the bowl
Step 2: Mix with normal water, it will definitely turn from powder to liquid. I always enjoy this because when mixing with water, it turns from powder to solid before finally getting to liquid state. It’s really fun for me. Make sure you mix very well.
Step 3: Add hot water. Now this is where the problem is. Make sure your water is very hot. If it’s not so hot, you might not get what you’re looking for. And when you’re pouring your water, don’t be too careful, just freestyle and add hot water. And don’t stir while adding hot water, wait till you see what you’re looking for before you stir.

Health20 Little Things That Can Make You Gain Fat During Isolation by Jitefarms(op):
It’s the Isolation period, Corona virus has affected a whole lot of things around the world. Schools, churhes have gone online, some businesses folding up, everyone kinda always in their homes to prevent the spread per say. Those who care about their body size are scared of not getting too big. Fortunately, you can take control by changing your habits today. Here are some little things that can make you gain fat and why you should reduce them.

1. Eating Fast.

Now you’re home, you’re not rushing to work, to meet the bus, to class. So eating Fast can do lots of ham than good. Studies show that people who eat their meals quickly are more likely to be overweight or obese.

This is because it takes time for your body to tell your brain that it is full. Thus, people who eat quickly can easily eat more food than their body needs before feeling full.
So you’ll have to help yourself by consciously trying to eat slow. It may really get annoying for fast eaters, but you just have to try.

2. Not drinking enough water.

About 16-28% of adults are dehydrated. Not drinking enough water can make you thirsty. Interestingly, thirst may be mistaken as a sign of hunger or food cravings by the body.
As plain as this is, it’s one of the little things that can make you gain fat.

3. Not getting enough sleep.

More than half of Nigerians don’t get enough sleep. They tend to work 20/24hrs of the day. Unfortunately, lack of sleep is strongly linked to weight gain. This is due to many factors, including hormonal changes and a lack of motivation to exercise.

In one study, scientists analyzed the sleeping habits of over 68,000 women over 16 years. They discovered that women who slept fewer than 5 hours per night had a much higher risk of gaining weight than people who slept 7 hours or more (1).

What’s worse, people who don’t get enough sleep are more likely to gain belly fat, or visceral fat. Carrying more visceral fat is linked to a higher risk of harmful diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

4. Sitting for too long.

In Western countries, the average adult sits for 9 to 11 hours per day. Although it seems harmless, studies show that people who sit longer are more likely to be overweight. In addition, they have higher risks of chronic diseases and early death.

For example, an analysis of six studies of nearly 600,000 people found that adults who sat for longer than 10 hours per day, such as the average office worker, had a 34% higher risk of an early death.

Interestingly, studies have also found that people who sit the longest don’t seem to make up for the time they spent sitting with exercise.

If your work involves sitting for long intervals, make sure you exercise either before work, during lunch or after work a few times per week.

5. Eating with distraction.

Many people do not release their phones at time of meals Contacting others, watching Netflix, surfing the internet kinda distract your eating.

These distractions leads to an increase in the amount of food you consume. Also by not paying attention to the food eaten, you could even eat more during the day.

6. Not eating enough protein.

A lack of protein in your diet might be making you gain fat. This important nutrient can help you stay fuller for longer while eating less food.

Protein tells the body to make more fullness hormones like peptide YY, GIP and GLP-1. It also tells the body to make fewer hunger hormones like ghrelin.

Studies have also shown that a higher protein diet can help boost your metabolism and preserve muscle mass — two factors important for maintaining a healthy weight.

To increase your protein intake, try eating more protein-rich foods like eggs, meats, fish, beans etc.

7. Eating from large plates & bowls.

The size of your plate/bowl has a great effect on how much food you consume without you even knowing.

When serving your food with a large plate, your food tends to look small even if you’ve taken multiple serving spoons. So help yourself with eating from small plates to reduce the amount of food you consume.
