The image Nigerians now see is that the Nigerian Armed Forces seem currently overwhelmed by the external aggression by an external force now called ISWAP whose strategic goal is to occupy Nigeria and overthrow its national government, and impose a strange Islamic rule called Sharia. We should be realistic, how many towns in this country has the so called ISWAP overthrow?? Can you compare it to how Boko Haram overthrew the country then but elections were still held? Or was there no article 3 of section (180) of the Constitution yet...Pls you need to research and rewrite this. Nothing is stopping any elections Oga! |

The position is not only incorrect but an attempt to mislead the good choice of the region into thinking that religion or ethnicity is the major determining factor for the voting pattern of the North. This we have known, that majority of almajirins in the north can only queue up for their religion and nothing more. A clear example was illustrated at the just concluded PDP presidential primaries...not like we never witnessed the mas betrayal by Goodluck fellows in 2015. Nigeria wake up, religion and ethnicity has everything to do with choice of candidates as far as Northern Nigeria is concerned. |
