People who have done/are doing WAEC wahala please can someone be kind enough to share a sample or picture (names and personal details edited out of course) of the affidavit? Paying 3k for affidavit doesn't make sense to me, if one has the sample we can just do it elsewhere and yet be sure its up to required standard.

Hello, I was on this stage for over a month. I advise you ask WES when they resent the mail to unilag. they might not oblige you with that information too cause they are very inflexible. I got to know when they resent the mail to unilag when I got another mail from wes about verification. With that information you can inform unilag of the date and they will respond accordingly. No. I am verifying MSc and at the time, I started, the required documents just said degree certificate, academic transcript and Final secondary school result from the examining body. So I did exactly that. In fact I am still waiting for the further verification from Unilag...

Let's look for a way to be proactive here. If you are going to send scratch card to them, we should do it in groups of 5 or 10 people and share that courier cost.

1 volunteer can buy for 10pple, write the name and ref appropriately on each card, write up a manifest of the total cards containing the names of the owners, envelope it and send.

The total fee incurred will be shared equally and the tracking ID sent to those concerned.

I think MSc alone is fine. I evaluated my MSc from the UK too and it took about 7weeks from start to finish (5th September to 29th October). My Spouse MSc was from University of Ibadan, and it'll be ready by 14th November (WAEC and transcript verification added two weeks to the timeline - I had to work with an insider in both organisations to get the verification done faster)

I think other credential evaluation services are faster than WES. Thats the impression I get by following this thread.

Why didn't you start the WES process earlier?

Please share with me when you find, this ECA thing is something else.

I've been refused a Uk visa before but I can't remember why I was refused or where the refusal letter is - will I need this post ITA? If I do need it is there any way I can request another copy?
