so sorry 4 d late response.... well d thing is dat der isn't any Ielts center in Benin unlike abj, lag and co. but Benin is amongst d 7-8states in Nigeria ielts is conducted in. all I did was register and pay online..about 35k. d center in abj are d ones in charge of Benin. so lyk 7days prior to d test date, I got a mail dat d test will hold at constantial hotel Benin. i went der and wrote. alotta peeps from ibadan and lag sef also came.

Jst go online and register and choose Benin...I hope dis helped.

d speaking part was kinda funny tho coz I didn't prepare ...d first part was on shopping, advertisement so it was pretty cool... d cue card part was 'I shld describe any experience I've had in traffic...and of course part 3 was all on traffic matters...

d writing essay was on d 'current and future effects d of ever-increasing population of children below 15 in some countries. (paraphrased tho) a bit tricky I must say..

I blame everybody for dis increasing rate of insurgency in dis country...... by every body I mean not Jst dose in power but every Nigerian who has d resources and status to affect d common man....

d APC den rather dan procuring possible measures to boycott dis bastard acts...Jst coz its not em in power let greed and d undying thirst for power overshadow der reasoning...and all dey did was just throw blames blames blames.....

d government in power also I feel didn't take d necessary steps to combat des hoodlums until it escalated....and only Jst got serious when it was election tym probably to canvass for votes in d north...

now d celebs and dangote alike were Jst talks talks talks.....what prevented dangote and his peers to form allegiance and come up with a plan to invest on in order to stop dis crisis at least its also der country.....
