PoliticsWhat Are You Extremely Grateful For In Buhari's Administration? by jodavid(op):
Weird. Right?!

I'm sure given the trending hardship, some Nigerians wouldn't mind throwing e-punches across my jaw for merely bringing up this topic. grin

But there are actually some things to be greatful for during this administration.

I'd go first.

Being in healthcare, I'm extremely grateful to God Almighty that the Ebola Virus outbreak didn't occur during M.Buhari tenure.
Given how incompetent it's been, I have zero doubt that it would have been a complete and monumental disaster.

And with the high mortality (death) rate of the virus, it would have significantly reduced the Nigerian population. May God bless the administration of HE Goodluck Jonathan for expertly tackling what could have been a disaster in just 3 months with less than 10 casualities.

I mean during this administration, the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) had a nationwide strike across Nigeria that was called off after lasting 64 days!!!
Ignoring doctors demand for 2 months is the height and shows how insensitive and disconnected this administration is to the lives of its own citizens.

Well, that's my reason to be grateful. cheesy

What's yours?

It's no sycophancy.
What I have noticed from the whole process is that the organizers tried asmuch as possible to give every candidate a level playing field (hence the first second and third test) Except for the obvious flaw of unclear communications I sincerely think the organizers did a good job. Besides it's a free scholarship (and they reserve the right to change the rules as they deem fit in the best interest of all Candidates). Let's quit this blame game and move on. I am pretty sure you wouldn't be complaining if the test results have favoured you
The bolded was very important. Just hope they will be clearer next time.
Time to move on though.
Life's too short abeg.

That said,
Kudos to the organizers and winners
.
It was not easy but I can't say it was fair though.
Life's not fair sha.

By the way, I strongly suspect you- skinmarvel will be among the 1st 15. wink

Except we are all interpreting it wrongly tho!
I hope this favours me and kudos to the organizers for a job well-done so far!
Stop this sycophancy.
This is not a well-done job.
We didn't interpret anything..that's why questions were asked and nobody saw fit to reply till now.
If this had been spelt out properly why would I have bothered about the 3rd test, knowing that my 2nd test was botched by network.?
I seriously just hope this gets better in subsequent editions because this is just below par.

Please it would be greatly appreciated if you clarify 'fresh chance' in your comment.

Because it looks ambiguous to me.

Fresh chance as in like everybody now has a clean score slate?
Or
Fresh Chance to add to the previously written tests?

He left his comment too ambiguous for anyone to really understand what he meant. it'll be greatly appreciated if anyone of you can lay everything out clearly for everyone because a lot of us are still not clear on the issue of our previous scores.
will they still be used in the final grading or is the upcoming test the sole decider?
doshe39:
Is the final score going to be d aggregate of the 3 test or it's only this test
The same question has been asked in different styles and yet no answer has been given.

The question is not unnecessary..so please just answer the question already.!

What's most important is that with the 3rd test, all 67 candidates now have a fresh chance to win something...take this stage seriously.

All the networks in Nigeria conspired against me today.
Well... MTN and GLO. cry cry

In the middle of the test, Mtn said I have exhausted my data. How that happened, I don't know. I had close to 1gigabyte just before I started.
I now switched to GLO, it's still loading since.

I couldn't even finish the test. Naija, why?? whyhuh
adedolapo4:
Will the third stage be included in the cummulative score or just necessary to break ties?
Exactly the same thing happened to me.
No 15 question and bam! My Airtel sub finished (and I just subscribed for 1GB that day)
Felt so bad that it affected my performance in a test today.
Just to come online and see talk about a 3rd test.

My question is 'will the 3rd test be cumulative with the previous taken ones or will it be independent in deciding the winner'

If it's the latter; Great!
If it's the former; Well, I just give up.

EducationRe: 2020/2021 UNIPORT Admission Thread Guide by jodavid(m):
Hello all.
Wishing every unique aspirant success.
I see some MBBS students here and the advice they've offered is on point.. As I was once in ur shoes, I followed my predecessors advice and it got me to the level I am today.
However please know that in certain ways uniport is changing under Prof Lale's (The VC) leadership..
If I am to judge based on the way GES exams were last conducted (which has a similar pattern to your pume being Computer based), it means things have changed for real.. There is prolly gonna be a review and renewal of questions.
So I advice you to both do all you've been told so far and just practice every pume materials you can lay hand on.
Once again, all the best folks.
