@ sienna,thought the o2 sensor senses the amount of o2 in the exhaust gas while the air/fuel sensor senses the ratio of the fuel/o2 combustible mixture going into the cylinders.This by extension also determines the richness/leanness of exhaust gas.

myke20: Thanks all d code is P1135 and its actually air fuel sensor. But they said is d same fin as oxygen sensor. I really dunno o.is the bank 1 sensor one d plug like fin on the exhaust manifold facing the radiator or where e dey sefpls help a broda out.

Do you just accept whatever you are told? how can O2 sensor be the same as air fuel sensor.you make it difficult for anyone to be of help.

do u have Nissan pathfinder 2005 front windscreen? if yes,how much is it.

I took my car to Nissan DEALERSHIP and i was charged 295k to fix the car.

Today,i went to see how far they have gone with the car only to discover that my windscreen has been broken by them.I didnt know how to react,but left in annoyance.One thing is certain,i am not driving that car out of that shop with the broken windscreen.

please what would be the appropriate reaction in this scenario.

Simple Steps to reset your Service Engine Soon Light.

1.Turn the ignition key to ON, don't start the car,at this point all the indicator lights will come on at the dashboard.
2.Disconnect the negative terminal of your battery and wait for 3 to 5 minutes.
3.Return back your ignition to OFF position
4.Reconnect the Negative terminal of your battery
5.Start Your car.

Come back here and testify.

SIDE NOTE: These steps will work ONLY if the indication is FALSE.

Sometimes the Service engine soon light on dashboard could be false too,in that case when it is reset,it wont come back again.I changed the battery of my car to a new one recently,the SES light came on and my car refused to rev up,all attempts to reset the
SES failed even when i reverted to the OEM battery that came with the SUV.I went online and learnt how to reset the SES without diagnostic tool.I did just that and the light disappeared and never came back till date and my car performance returned to status quo,i there after abandoned the new battery i bought.

Thanks Nissparts for this timely warning.I had to byepass my radiator 2days after i bought my 2005 pathfinder.Thanks for the drawing you provided.This is the only major flaw with the truck.

@Somorin#1.please how do i know if the fan clutch is stucked.The sound is obviously that of the fan.
